Our lovely 2-bedroom condo is perfect for your escape to Nashville! With 2 king beds and 2 renovated bathrooms, this ground floor property offers a cozy living room with a sofa bed for extra space.

*Located on 1st Ave on the water, enjoy relaxing views of the river! Just walk out the front door to the greenway walking trail to access all that Nashville has to offer, including world-famous Broadway and honky-tonk bars and nightlife!

*20 minute walk or a cheap Uber/Lyft/taxi to Broadway, Rymean Theater, etc! On a recent Friday night, a standard Uber to Broadway was $7.99, while an XL for 6 people was $17.

*Two blocks to Germantown and the baseball stadium; walk to Jonthan's Grille (sports bar), Social Cantina, Germantown Cafe, Toastique, Third and Home sports bar, Tailgate Brewery, Far Better Distillery, and more!

This was a great spot - not too far from the chaos but totally walkable to a quieter cooler vibe in Germantown. House was as pictured, host had supplied a few snacks, coffee and bottled water. We had a blast!!

We had a fantastic stay! Our host Kimberly was very responsive to questions and even let us get in our room a little early! The property is in an industrial area which was not ideal but we felt safe where we were. The walk to Broadway was a little daunting and a little sketchy at night with all of the homeless along the way so we picked up an Uber pretty cheap for a couple nights. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The only bad thing thing I have to say is there was a strong musty smell that wouldn't go away. Overall I would happily stay there again on our next visit! Great City!!

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean and had many amenities. Kim answered all our question and let us get early since our flight was very early . It was a nice walk to broadway and only took 18 mins . I would stay here again .

Cute place for our Nashville visit with family! Location was safe and everything we needed was available. Fantastic communication with host and accommodations were as listed. No problems with this stay and would stay again.

This is an excellent Vrbo. Nice condo - a great location - within walking distance to Broadway. Kimberly was a perfect host. Kimberly was very responsive when I reached out to her. The Vrbo was updated and clean and had a cute comfortable Nashville vibe! I highly recommend this Vrbo.

Nice location with great parking! Walked multiple times to Broadway and other sites. Fun to see the woodchuck living by the river. Host was very responsive. Furniture is a little worn but would stay there again.

Great location, nice place, easy parking. We had few hiccups after checking in but it was something the host had no control over . She was quick to respond and very helpful with the issue. I would stay here again.

Great view, quite comfortable. Unit above us sounded like a jazzercise class but quiet late at night. Cleaning crew was average. Good communication from host. Would stay again.

We had a great stay at this property. Property manager was very nice and accommodating. Great layout to the unit and very walkable to the main attractions. Pool was great too. Would definitely recommend staying here. Loved being on the river. Thanks so much for everything!
