Our Condo was exactly as advertised, Booking was easy. I liked the location, close to shops and highway. The condo was clean and well maintained. Our hosts thought of everything, including beach paraphernalia, baby stroller and everything one might need in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

Great property, great location, was nice and clean and had everything our family needed. Quick responses from the very few questions we had early on was also super nice.

Great vacation home!!

Awesome location. Beautiful home and great view as you sit outside on the porch. We felt right at home and didn’t have one single complaint! Hope to stay here again!

Perfect place

This place is a perfect location for walking to the Hilton dolphin quest, near black sand beach, next to golf course, near Hāpuna beach, and next to a nice pool. We will stay here again! Thank you

Nice property, quiet and close to everything.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was immaculate. I loved the organized directions, places to visit and even how to use the TV. My only wish is that it have 2 beds in one of the rooms just to accommodate more people.

Great stay!

The place was just as advertised - very clean, newly remodeled, and well stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We appreciated the fact that there were wine and cocktail glasses, and a full set of dishes and bowls. Several of the places we’ve stayed at had a small amount of kitchen Items, and not enough to accommodate a family of four.

Fantastic property!

The property was very clean and neat, beautifully decorated and amply supplied with all your needs. We stayed with another couple and the design of the unit made it possible to have your shared and private times. We would highly recommend this unit. The location is ideal, close to the pool, and nearby activities and eateries. Loved it!!

Beautiful Villa

This villa was so perfect for our family of 4…4 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs that seemed brand new, boogie boards for the beach along with nice beach towels. The kitchen had everything we needed including spices & olive oil, lots of glassware, dishes & pots/pans. The pool area was perfect too. We will be back!

Amazing stay!!

We loved our time in Waikoloa and loved the convenience of the resort. This unit is so close to the pool and a quick drive to the beautiful beach. It was perfect for our little family. The manager was very responsive when we required attention and communication was thorough. The unit has everything you need to make trip to the beach and was very well stocked. Mahalo

Excellent unit

Beautifully updated unit. Well equipped kitchen and beach gear. Spacious and open. Easy check in. Property manager responded promptly to all questions and was able to offer a late check out for our flight at a very reasonable cost. Resort is a great location with all the amenities that you can need and quick access to all the best beaches of the Kohala coast.

She understood our needs and helped us all along the way. The condo was perfect. It was very clean. Air-conditioning was fantastic. Parking was great. We have used Michelle and Kohala coastal Realty many times and they have never ever come up short on their service and suggestions.

In addition to being located in a picturesque area, it was close to many beaches (A-Bay, Hapuna, Black Sand Beach and Beach 69. Many wonderful restaurants near by with Lava Lava Beach Club being our favorite. The food is great and its location right on the beach and evening sunsets can’t be beat.The home is immaculate and includes everything you need for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed having the pool close by and other amenities. Truly a wonderful place to stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second time staying in this condo. Love the space and where it’s located! Clean, stocked with supplies, and close to shops and the beach. Only issue was the master bedroom’s box spring is very creaky. My husband slept on the couch because you can’t move around without the bed making a loud sound. Easy fix to make this place practically perfect. Property manage is awesome too. Very helpful and quick to respond.

Short walk to many beaches and the resorts for dinner or sunsets. Parking was right out the front door, no issues with access or gate entrance. The property manager was very responsive and helpful and we truly enjoyed our vacation there. We explored the entire island and this was a great home base to come back to and relax! Highly recommend!
