We have stayed at the Beach Villas many times for staycations. This unit was by far the best we have stayed at. So clean, gorgeous, well stocked. I definitely hope we can stay at this one again sometime.

Wonderful property — clean and new and aesthetic. Close to lots of things. Using the Hilton pool pass was seamless and very appreciated! Loved using the beach chairs. Gorgeous pool. No issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean and nice! It has a beautiful view of the pool. Great location across from Queens market. It was so convenient to have beach chairs, cooler and umbrella to take to the beach.

Great property

Plenty of space for our family (grandparents, patents, two young kids). Loved access to Hilton and close to beautiful beaches. Very clean and comfortable.

Wonderful Stay In Waikoloa

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was quiet, but close to everything. Walkable to a lot of shops and restaurants. As mentioned, there is plenty of beach gear, including beach toys and even snorkel gear that we found in the garage. It is perfect for a family. And only steps away from the complex pool. Would definitely stay again.

A great place for family. The amenities were great. The boys enjoyed the pool. It was roomy, beach chairs, etc all set for a day at the beach. Would recommend and definitely go again.

Great location! Great place!

This place was perfect! It had Two large bedroom and an additional loft with 2 beds that the kids just loved. It was stocked with books and games for the family! The location was perfect! Walking distance to the grocery store, shops, coffee and restaurant plus about a 10-minute drive to the beaches. We will definitely come back next year!

Great location, walking distance from Queens, Kings, and the A Beach. Communication was fantastic, instructions for access to the home, garage, were simple, with codes. The garage had everything you could need, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, snorkeling gear And the exterior parking space was so close to the home we never even used the garage. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. Although we didn’t use it, the upstairs loft with two twin beds would’ve made the home perfect for six. Even check-out was extremely uncomplicated, alleviating a lot of the stress of departure. We would absolutely hope to rent this lovely condo again when we are next on the island!

Walk to shops

Best location in Waikoloa area. Shopping, food, and restaurants are walkable from this condo. Super clean, beautifully decorated. Nice view of the pool. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable living room and bedroom furniture. Easy check in. Hilton passes a plus. Beach towels and chairs available. Had a very nice stay here. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, up-to-date, nice pools on property

We had a really nice stay here. It was clean, in good condition, had all the amenities and dishes/cookware we needed, with a nice balcony overlooking one of the pools. They even provided a crib so we didn’t have to lug a pack-and-play with us. The one thing I would recommend if you have young kids is to ask for or bring a baby gate, as this particular unit has a steep set of stairs from the kitchen to the front door.

Incredible Hawaiian Vacation Rental

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our VRBO accommodations. The condo was beautiful, very clean, well maintained, and was perfect for 4-6 people (we had 4). The only thing that didn’t work was the Keurig machine. However, there was a drip coffee maker as well which is actually better than a Keurig so no big deal! The location of the condo was perfect. It was right beside the pool and it had a beautiful view. Also, it wasn’t loud at all and we didn’t hear any pool guests while we were indoors. Everything was just wonderful and I highly recommend this rental for any family!

Amazing getaway- best location

We loved our time at this condo in Waikoloa last week! The condo was decorated so nicely, it really felt like home. It was the perfect place to call home after long days in the water and sun. The garage was filled with all sorts of ocean gear and toys. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 5. The location was also perfect. It’s overlooking one of the two pools in the complex. Across the street is one of two big shopping centers, including the Island Gourmet Market, which is perfect for picking up fresh fruit, a quick meal, or our absolute favorite- sushi burritos. It’s about a 3 minute drive from beautiful A-bay and only 5 minutes from the Hilton with awesome pools and the saltwater lagoon. We will definitely be back!

The property was well-situated for our attendance at a conference at the Hilton. It was clean and well-appointed. Instructions for access and entry were very clear. Our main challenge was that the garage door opener wasn't inside and no keypad code was communicated, so we didn't have access to the beach equipment for 2 days. It didn't affect parking because we were able to park outside in a designated spot. It would be helpful to have the property managers check to make certain the garage door opener AND keypad code are available upon check-in, as well as information about the beach equipment in the garage.

Beautiful location, met our needs+

Conveniently located across from Queen's Marketplace and Kings Shops, with two pools on property plus the day passes at the Hilton Waikoloa Pools. Walking to Lava Lava Club and nearby 'A' Bay (beach) ~15 minutes, or a short drive. Amenities were just what we needed: a primary suite, a 2nd room with queen bed, and loft with two twins fit our 6 adults nicely. The bedrooms and loft had lots of storage and closet space with hangers. Also a dining table that seats 6. The unit had a clean and comfortable beach vibe, but only had minor areas in need of some cleaning (the window over the entry door and the vent fan in the prinary bathroom, understandably more difficult to reach) and touch up paint (the pocket door and near the trash bins on the walls.) This did not affect our stay, just sharing for future guests so you know what to expect. Otherwise, very clean and spacious. Even the grill was clean! Six beach towels and beach gear in the garage are included, as well as plenty of dish/washer soap and plastic wrap/foil in the kitchen, pods and dryer sheets for the washer/dryer under the 2nd bathroom sink. There were also books and games and multiple tvs, although we only used the one in the family room. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the gardeners were out working nearly every morning. You may hear a lawn mower early in the morning (maybe from the property or nearby golf course?) Overall, we loved staying here, and look forward to a return visit.

Overall good

Met our needs well Plenty of room for 6 of us Great communication A/C didn’t work initially but was fixed right away Slight mildew smell possibly coming from laundry area Bummed one pool was closed which our place overlooked but it was communicated up front Kitchen nicely stocked and things well labeled I liked too that all rooms had a TV Comfy beds too

Lovely condo in Waikoloa Beach Resort

This lovely condo is in a quiet neighborhood, walking distance to a great beach and shopping. It is very well done and has everything you could possible need. The pools were being repaired, so we got to go to the Hilton Resort pool which was awesome. While not inexpensive, this is a good place to stay if you want to explore the north end of the Big Island.

Other than the key code not working when we arrived, the rest of the stay was fantastic! After hours staff called me to give me a new key code that worked. Would stay here again!

Perfect location

The property is just as advertised. The amenities in the property provide many options for keeping the family busy. Easy drive to Volcanoes or south to Kona beaches.
