We were there for a convention, and this condo was amazing! It was a big building, but super quiet with friendly people. The condo was so spacious and in the perfect spot, right in the middle of everything. I could walk everywhere, which gave me tons of chances to explore. When I wasn't out and about, I loved hanging out on the rooftop by the pool, hot tub, and deck. The views were incredible, and the sunsets were just beautiful. If I'm ever in DTLA again, I would definitely stay here.

Great trip! Wonderful host!I was traveling with my 17 year old daughter to visit colleges! Great location! Loved have a covered safe parking space! Pool! Tall ceilings and lots of light with the wall to wall windows!! I will definitely book again!!

We loved everything about this property. It was safe, clean and very comfortable. The location was also nice. With in walking distance to Santee Alley which is just fun to experience. Was definitely easy to get around. The only “down side” was the parking was a bit tricky HOWEVER so great that it was included on our stay. And the roof top pool was the *chefs kiss* to it all!

This apartment was beautiful! The decor was elegant and edgy. We really appreciated the 24 hour doorman and the garage parking. It was close to all things downtown, and only about 30 minutes away from Disneyland and Long Beach. The host was very responsive when we had questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment and rent it again!!!

Wish we could have stayed longer…

Our stay in LA proper was only for one night, but I really wanted a day or two more in this very cool apartment. Everything went smoothly from checking in to checking out. Also, the restobar next door is excellent!

Stylish apartment

This property was right in the middle of the city! It was perfect! Close to everything and plenty of good food. The apartment itself was beautiful, really unique decor, and plenty of space to hang out when we were not out in the city. The host answers all questions quickly and the font desk downstairs is super helpful as well. Wondeful stay! Would definitely book again! Alexandria Moreno

Great downtown experience!

This apartment has everything we needed for our stay! From secure entrence to free underground parking! The renters were very responsive to any questions I may have had! The apartment and rooftop pool were juat as advertised! Very clean and had all kitchen ware needed for staying in and making a meal! Would definitely recommend if you need to be close to all that is happing downtown!

Great communication and nice property!

This property made our trip to LA so much easier. We were in town for a conference at the convention center. The property is super close to the theatres and convention center. The property owner was grreat at responding to questions about logistics. The check in instruction were very detailed. Just a great experience. Thank you!

Great stay!

Loved the location and the property was super clean and well-organized. The pool on the roof was an added bonus with lovely views. The only tricky thing was figuring out how to get to the parking garage because the entrances are not super clear. Once you get it, though, it’s great to have a parking spot downtown without the hassle of driving around for a long time or having it on the street. Our host was quick to respond to our questions.

Designers Dream

My husband and I spent two nights at the apartment in Sept 2023. The decor and features of the rental were exactly as presented in the ad. The gallery wall, textiles, colors - everything, was clearly hand selected for the space and made for a comfortable and inviting space. Walking distance to local eateries, convenience store directly next door to entrance, easy access to the parking garage. My only complaint would be one of the doorman, pretty sure he was drunk when we arrived. Other than that we had a great stay and would stay again. Peter was awesome and prompt to reply to any questions I had.

Downtown LA means a lot to us—both personally and as locals who’ve watched it evolve. When Veronica was a little girl, her parents used to bring her to see classic Mexican movies right here in Downtown. Back then, it wasn’t exactly a destination. For years, DTLA had a reputation as a place you passed through—not one you stayed in. But times have changed. And we’ve proudly made this neighborhood part of our story. Over the past decade, we’ve watched DTLA rise—literally and figuratively. Historic buildings have been restored, world-class restaurants have moved in, theaters have come back to life, and the streets are full of people from all over the world discovering a whole new side of Los Angeles. And location-wise? It doesn’t get better. LA is massive and spread out—but from here, you’re almost never more than 20 minutes from anywhere. Hollywood, USC, Beverly Hills, Silver Lake, the beach… all within reach. (Okay, unless it’s rush hour. Then it’s 20 minutes—or two and a half hours. Welcome to LA!) We chose this spot because it’s the perfect jumping-off point for everything the city has to offer—and we’re proud to share it with our guests.
