We had a very great experience. The host was very quick and responsive if needed. Close to so many attractions. Very quiet neighborhood. The availability of beds was a major plus for us with kids and grandkids visiting. We enjoyed the back yard and pool. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

House looks good beds were comfortable but some of the dishes were left dirt and kitchen sink stopped up and bathtub faucet was really lose and one bedroom the air vent didn't work properly and room got hot

Overall a very positive stay. Very family friendly with many beds that are all comfy. The pool is of course a huge perk. It was clean and had seating around it. I do have a few suggestions but none of these should be read as dealbreakers! First is to rethink the living room furniture (the couch is falling apart so we basically didn’t use it, and it was the only seating by the tv… though there is another couch in the adjacent room that doesn’t have a tv). The corner cabinet in the kitchen needs to switch the side of the door the handle is on - it smashed multiple guests’ fingers when they tried to open both at the same time as you do when you’re searching for something. And the deck could use a pressure wash. Furniture and fixtures are rental quality to be expected, but fill all the needs. AC was super well functioning. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Location convenient to all the Dale Mabry things and not far from the interstate on the other side.

Nice property, lots of beds, towels, pool towels. Small kitchen, but had what we needed. Corner cabinet door in kitchen was aggressive- several of us pinched our fingers- be careful. Pool was nice, could use a pressure wash out back and bit of deep clean inside home.

Work trip

The place was beautiful and everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, close to several restaurants. The host was very quick with communication when we needed him, and it was overall a wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our stay.

The pictures online are accurate. We had everything we needed. The house was very clean and a very quiet neighborhood. My family enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Great House

My family and I really enjoyed the property. The house was very spacious,clean and my family felt very comfortable. The house decor is nice and modern. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully supplied for all our needs. An overall great experience.

perfect for a bigger group

the home was very clean and everything worked properly! there were lots of places to sleep so that came in handy with a larger group. the neighborhood was nice and in a good location. WOULD STAT HERE AGAIN!!:)

Pool wasn't enjoyable full of bugs. Reported probably after checking in March 7th it couldn't be resolved until Monday at 10:30AM March 9th. Check out was for 10:00AM on March 9th. Master bath shower drain isn't draining. Property manager would've known if someone truly cleaned the shower before we arrived?? They should've reported it. No, towel racks in Master bathroom. I chose this place for the pool arrived 2 days early for my family to enjoy, before cruising out of Port of Tampa.

Spring Break Home

We traveled from Texas to Tampa to stay for 6 weeks and enjoy the Yankees Spring Training. We had family in and out to visit during our stay and picked a wonderful home in a great area. We felt so much at home in this house and made it our own. Our host was wonderful and very attentive to anything we needed. It’s a great area and we felt very safe. We were close to all Tampa has to offer. We’d highly recommend staying here.

Nice house with great pool

The pool was really nice, the showers were extremely good, beds were comfortable... the place was nice, but has the potential to be extremely nice with a little more effort. Large TV's in every room was nice to have, but they were cumbersome to get set up and navigate. Herman did respond quickly to some needs we had.

Nice Property for a family Tampa trip.

Nicely renovated house with a pool close to many attractions. The master bedroom is nice and spacious. The other two rooms are crammed with beds and very small. We only stayed 2 nights so it worked fine for our stay. Would have been a little frustrating for a longer stay. Main rooms of house are not set up well for a group to hang out together but the lanai is so we took advantage of that. Communication was great with our host. We had a small internet problem (which is also the TV) but got it resolved quickly.

Could have been great

I’ll start with the pros: House is very charming, nice neighborhood. Cons: cleanliness, overall was good, but missed a spot in bathroom that was very gross. Pool: biggest disappointment. Pool was very dirty, no light. Could not be used. (Did not seem like heater was working as well) We chose this house over another because of the pool and could not use it.

Sorry for your experience Shimi. Unfortunately we couldn’t give you late check out because we had incoming guest. Cleanliness is our top priority. Sorry about one spot in the bathroom that was missed. We have implemented more stringent quality control to ensure this doesn’t happen again. Regarding the pool, pool heater is optional as clearly stated on the rental agreement. We had a storm that just passed right before you came. As you know The pool company came next day to clean the pool. Look forward to welcoming you back soon when you’re in town
