Unit A37 (previously the developers unit) is one of the largest units 1200 sq feet, offering the most spectacular panoramic views of the Pacific and sunsets. Brand new and beautifully decorated fully equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops with new stainless appliances, and new bathrooms. We are one of the 3 condos with Central Air (brand new system installed June 2024).
The space
Great for families featuring 2 bedrooms each with new mattresses, TV's and 2 new full bathrooms, one of the largest living rooms with a new 65" TV.. Brand New Kitchen with all new appliances, and a bar/beverage area. Indoor dining area/workspace with new furniture and central air condition throughout.
Attention triathletes! We are just 1 mile to the Ironman start and finish, and the 1.2 mile ironman swim turnaround is viewable from the lanai, and the run course passes infront of our complex. Great location for training, racing and viewing the the Ironman World Championships. It's everything and more you could want for your Hawaiian vacation.
