This two bedroom, two-bath condominium gives you all of that and more! This unit is now a prime destination for an absolutely blissful vacation!

Located on the fourth floor of the north-end of a four-story building, this oceanfront condo boasts first-class views as well as excellent proximity to Kona town and all activities. Watch world-class surfers ride the waves while dolphins frolic in their wake. Enjoy seasonal whale watching right from your lanai and get a close up view of the giant sea turtles that come up on shore to sun themselves! (No touching though!)

This lovely condo has everything you need including Air Conditioning, for a comfortable, unforgettable Hawaiian getaway. (No separate A/C blower in guest room)

Perfection!

Just an absolutely delightful experience! We have been staying at at a Bali Kai unit or another for the past 40 years, and this one topped them all. Clean, beautiful and everything you would need has been provided.Holly is so helpful with any questions. Give this experience a 10 out of 5.

Amazing place!

Our family absolutely LOVED our stay! You can't beat the view from the balcony and the condo was comfortable and well stocked. It felt like home. If and when we ever return to the Big Island, this is the only place we will be staying!

Perfection!

Perfect location, breathtaking view from the lanai. Unit is really well maintained, clean and functional. We had a fantastic stay and our host was super responsive with any question that we had. Our only regret is to not have come here earlier in our trip. Couldn’t recommend more :)

Highly recommend!

This was the best Vrbo we have ever experienced! The property was exactly as pictured, and Holly was friendly, a good communicator, and left all sorts of nice extras for our stay! Attention to detail and available options in the condo made for a wonderful stay. The sunsets were unbelievable - right off the lanai, looked like postcards! Highly recommend to anyone!!

Unmatched View!

The condo was fully updated and the view was incredible. The lanai was spacious and well appointed. Great spot for morning breakfast and early evening cocktail hour watching the sunset. Great location! Would recommend to family and friends.

Breathtaking!! Whales, snorkeling, being in the ocean, amazing foods, great shops and the best place ever to come back to. Feels like home here.

Sunsets and Whales!

We stayed a month. No issues, new washer and dryer. Well stocked kitchen and supples. Comfortable master bedroom. If you want a sea side retreat this is the place. Top floor, large balcony for watching sunsets, whales, surfers, dining and playing games.

Best view and location!

Close to fun beaches, restaurants, able to take walks in the morning in the street walking lane, and watched sea turtles from our balcony! Such a fun and relaxing week. Clean, has plenty of beach towels, has ice, and elevator. Nice big bed in master and twin beds in front bedroom for two separate people, perfect for our family. We enjoyed the hot tub at the pool as well.

Kona Bali Kai

Had a great time in this well provisioned, clean, Condo. Enjoyed watching dolphins and humpbacks in the morning and evenings from the comfort of the Lanai. Appreciated very much Holly accommodating our request to drop off food before our 3:00 check-in.

Amazing first visit to the Big Island

This condo was so much more than we expected! We did not want to leave! We had such a great time that we decided to come back for Thanksgiving but this unit is so popular that it was already booked so we are "settling" for another condo at this property.

Paradise

Location is amazing, property needs a few upgrades, could use a small air conditioning unit in back bedroom so when people sleep with the door shut it would be a little cooler, but our stay was so enjoyable. Had a tiny mishap upon checkin, reached out to Holly, but never heard back from her so my resolution must have been acceptable. Was an amazing stay. Thank you!

Spring Break 2023

Excellent property. Very very clean and well equipped. Owner is prompt with communications on all questions asked. The unit is on the top floor (4 stories only) with perfect non-blocked views of the ocean. Close to the action of Kona but far enough away for quite nights. The whole unit is nonsmoking which I liked too. Highly reccoment. Thx for a fabulous stay!

Wonder Hawaiian Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Holly’s condo. The two bedroom condo was perfect for our family of four. The kitchen was fully equipped with absolutely everything one would need to prepare any meal and having laundry was a huge bonus. The air conditioning worked perfectly and parking was plentiful and easily accessible. We spent many hours on the spacious lanai enjoying the sea breeze and listening to the waves crash on the rocks. Every night we were treated to an amazing sunset. The location made it easy to explore nearby shops, restaurants and coffee farms. The host Holly was easy to work with and provided detailed directions and recommendations for us. We hope to return someday!

Kona comfort

This condo is beautiful, super clean and well stocked and just as pictured. Holly was super responsive when I needed to contact her in attempting to resolve an issue. The views are amazing and we slept listening to the sounds of crashing waves. The only drawback for us is 1 of the 2 Community grilling areas is directly below this unit, which attracts a lot of people; which turns into noise. The property did strictly enforce the 9PM noise curfew after I called.

Just as it's pictured

We stayed here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The condo is just as it's pictured. The sound of the waves breaking against lava rock was so relaxing we slept like babies the entire time. We did not use any of the condo ammenities - pool, outdoor grill, hot tub, etc. Then again, why would you when there is so much to do in this area. I was really surprised that we really didn't have to deal with any flying pests on the balcony even when we had the lights on at night. After leaving this condo, we stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa for 5 days due to a work function. The Hilton was over $100/night more and was terrible compared to this condo. Book it and enjoy your vacation!
