Very clean, cute cottage that was centrally located to everything we needed to do with a toddler.Nothing negative except we would have loved to have had a washer and dryer.Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Wonderful stay!! The place was spacious for the 3 of us. The kitchen was well appointed. Love the brightness of the rooms, the quiet neighborhood and the proximity to the center (walkable). And a bear came by :)

Great Location and Home

The home is right in the middle of town almost in walking distance from the strip. It was a very nice stay and the staff were very communicative.

Enjoyed the stay

Property was as described. Very clean, close to trolly stop and not far from town.We will definitely be staying at location again . The property management was very helpful on any needs and family had a blast.

Great Getaway!

We stayed 3 nights at the Little Bear Cottage for spring break. The cottage was the perfect size for a family of 5. Our kids loved playing in the creek and going in the hot tub. The cabin is close to town, we were able to walk to Ole Red’s with 3 kids. The cabin was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

Review

We came up for a football event and have for years and this was by far the nicest place we've stayed. The price was great, its very convenient to get to the backroad or even walk to downtown Gatlinburg.

Gatlinburg 34 years later

Very nice and clean when we arrived. It was close to downtown Gatlinburg but far away all the hustle and bustle I will definitely stay there again I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay

Adorable cottage

Great custom service !! Wonderful cottage , the location was great , just far enough away from town to be quiet but a walkable distance to downtown . The cottage was so cute , comfy beds and furniture and well stocked . We will definitely be staying here in the future .

Comfortable stay, private but close to activities

Communication with property manager was good, addressed questions quickly. Was close enough to all the things we wanted to do but had enough space to spread out with two teenagers. Hot tub was a big benefit after long days of walking.

Wonderful Gatlinburg House

Stayed here over Labor Day Weekend. Wonderfully furnished and very clean house. Great Gatlinburg location that’s close to everything but off the main drag. Great communication with the super friendly and helpful property manager. Will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends!
