The one bathroom available is very small. It was hard for a family of six to navigate using one bathroom.

Clean, comfortable and well located. Our family enjoyed a nice holiday here despite the heavy rain. The garden was lovely in the sunlight.

Great place to stay in Santa Barbara. A block from the ocean made it so easy to go out and enjoy walking, the beach or the restaurants at the harbor. So comfortable and came with all needed appliances and gear. We totally enjoyed our stay!

This is a little piece of heaven on a quiet street near the water. We had all the amenities we needed, the cottage was clean and welcoming, and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay

Had a fantastic 3-day stay. The property was super clean and exactly like the photos. Our favorite part was the beautiful oceanside walking path right across the street that you can take all the way into downtown Santa Barbara. Would definitely stay again.

The walking path along the ocean is beautiful all the way into downtown and by Stearns Wharf! The location is perfect and the charm of this cottage is felt from the moment you enter. Fantastic Location to Explore Santa Barbara

Lovely home exactly as described and pictured in the perfect location to explore Santa Barbara! 1 minute to oceanfront park, close to downtown for restaurants and shopping, fantastic hiking trails, and also a great place to relax after a big day. Looking forward to a return visit!

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood and location.

Lovely home, very comfortable and well set up. A very short walk to the Shoreline Park and easy walk to town / waterfront and has a grocery store close.

Perfect SB Getaway!

We loved our time at Little Palm Cottage. Had everything we needed and nothing we didn't. Great proximity to the coast and our daughter loved the playground across the street! Looking forward to coming back someday.

Loved our Stay at Little Palm Cottage

The house was just ideal for our family getaway. We loved the location just steps from the coastline and park, and the house was very comfortable and functional for extended family getaway.The family room and wrap around coach was an ideal gathering spot and we enjoyed using the kitchen and grilled on the BBQ one night.We look forward to coming back again soon!

The perfect family retreat!

We had a wonderful stay at Little Palm Cottage. Our family of four felt very comfortable...it really was a home away from home, and situated a block from the ocean! The finishes and thoughtful details from the owners of this recently renovated house really made our vacation extra special. Highly recommend Little Palm Cottage.

Amazing Cottage, steps from the ocean!

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at this great property in SB. Wow, what a restful place. The unit was clean, all things thought of by the host, and close to everything. We'd welcome an opportunity to stay here again!

Our visit

This is a beautiful property just a block from the ocean and shoreline park. It have everything one could ever want and the decor is lovely. A perfect spot for a family reunion. Would rebook it in a heartbeat.

Cozy house near the ocean

Lovely cozy home a house away from the promenade overlooking the ocean. The house was clean and updated, while retaining its charm. Highly recommend.

Visit Granddaughter going to UCSB

My best friend and I spent 5 days visiting my Granddaughter who attends UCSB. We had a fabulous time The Palm Cottage was perfect. We had to contact the property management and they could not have been nicer and prompter to take care of us. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Location, location, location

This was a lovely little home in a quiet neighborhood just a block from Shoreline Park. About a 15 minute walk to the town marina and maritime museum and a 10 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. Perfect for 3 single women, two couples, or a family with 2 children. Well appointed and maintained. I would book this property again.

Lovely property

Well maintained and comfortable 3 bedroom, very close to the ocean and quite close to beach and downtown / state street. Cute backyard, could use an upgrade in cups and a reduction in rules/requirements. Overall, great experience.

Bright quiet tropical oasis

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful serene bright tropical stay. The home was very comfortable and offered everything needed for relaxing, cooking, entertaining family that live nearby. Outdoor back yard was ideal for yoga and eating and relaxing in the chaise. Thank you so very much! And the property managers were great with communication!

Beautiful Cottage

I stayed here with five of my girlfriends from college, we are now all in our mid 30s and were having a reunion trip to Santa Barbara. The house is beautiful with an amazing backyard and deck where we were able to relax and catch up. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and the television was also easy to operate when we wanted to watch a movie. The only issue with this house is that it has a single bathroom. We did not mind, as we are all very comfortable with each other, but bear that in mind, if you are booking with lots of people. The neighborhood is quiet and residential and well-kept up and safe. We strolled across to Shoreline Park and walked along the coast. We were very close to downtown, Funkzone, and Stearns Wharf. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay

We LOVED this property— amazing location, great back deck, great indoor/outdoor living. House was well - equipped with many things, including a pack n play and some beach toys. One portable AC unit was available to us, which was nice. Location is unbeatable — this is amazing if you love to walk, run, or if you have kids staying with. Shoreline park is only a 2 min walk from the house, and Ledbetter beach is less than a mile. A mile to the grocery store, coffee, and some restaurants. We had a few questions for the property manager, which were responded to and addressed right away. This is a property we will definitely consider for our future trips to SB. I highly recommend it!! Note- for longer stays (we were there 2 weeks), the kitchen has minimal spices and condiments, and there is only one dishrag for kitchen and/ or cleaning that we could find.

The house was lovely, beautiful yard and great access to the coast for walks and the beach. We had a small writing retreat and this was a great house for it! It was wonderful to have coffee available. A bit of a refresh in the kitchen dishes might be nice.
