This was a perfect VRBO for our family of four! We loved the location, decor, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and outdoor seating options. The communication from the property management company was excellent and checkout was easy. We will definitely try to stay in this unit or another Haller Coastal Homes property if another opportunity arises for us to visit Santa Barbara again!

Thank you for the 5 star review. The property has a special charm including the decor. Staying in West Beach offers the perfect location to walk to many places and enjoy a beautiful neighborhood at the same time. Being able to walk to the beach, the Funk Zone, the harbor and more is a bonus.

Great space! 2 blocks from the beach and an easy walk to lots of great restaurants. A trip to the State Street farmers market is a must. It took us about 20 minutes to walk there but lots of cool buildings and window shopping along the way. Also, the weather is always perfect in Santa Barbara!Our party was two couples traveling together. The two king beds and two bathrooms suited us perfectly. There was plenty of space for us to hang out together but also plenty of privacy.We enjoyed the open air trolley tour. It was a fun relaxing way to learn more about the city.We enjoyed having coffee on the front porch every morning and the back patio had fruit trees that were interesting to view.We would definitely choose this space again!

Fantastic vacation getaway!

This place is incredible. Very well appointed with cozy beds and a great outdoor space. Also excellent location close to downtown and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Great house in a great location

Property was just as presented and it was in a great location to walk to many places. Would stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

The house was well stocked and exactly as described. Comfortable, good layout and awesome proximity to everything!

Great Santa Barbara Location

We rented this house based on it’s location, amenities and two bedrooms. It was perfect and would rent again.

Stellar location, gorgeous home, has everything you could want, one of the best rentals I have every stayed in. I would highly recommend this property.

Love Santa Barbara!

Beautiful place with all the amenities, even coffee! Nice patios front and back, spacious bedrooms, and a beautiful kitchen. Close walk to beach and restaurants and quick access to the State Street businesses, stores, restaurants….and funk zone bars and restaurants. All in all it was a wonderful stay!

Perfect!

We loved this space - comfortable, clean, well-equipped. Outdoor private spaces a great place to work and relax. A short walk to town and beautiful harbor views. Hope to return!

Great Place

The location of the apartment (you can walk to the beach and downtown), the style, and the great service of the apartment's rental service are all elements making this apartment a great place to stay. The only slight negative was the upstair toilet was very loud when flushed.

It was a beautiful property. We loved it. Very clean and every detail taken care of. It was just a bit challenging to get the car in and out of the garage on the right.

Location was superb. Amenities were lovely. Just about anything we needed was there.Main bed was developing slight ‘cradles’ where 2 people would each sleep, but not problematic. Be aware it’s the lower level, so night bright and sunny. But it did include the back yard and slightly larger garage (which will test your driving skills). Overall highly satisfied.

The property is lovely and beautifully appointed. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. We loved sitting in the backyard amongst the fruit and avocado trees. The location is wonderful. While we had a car we walked everywhere for the most part. Communication with the property manager was excellent. I highly recommend the property. If we return to SB we will definitely book here again.

Wonderful Family Hideout

We were looking for a quiet comfortable location near the beach for our family of four. This property was a dream. High quality property with high quality furnishings run by a high quality management team with high quality results. The property was in excellent condition. The furnishings were excellent. And every inch of the property was clean as a whistle.

Perfect location

Our stay at this home was great! The location was a short walking distance to the beach and popular restaurants. We could also walk just blocks to the Funk Zone. I would return to Santa Barbara and this VRBO property in a minute. As a side note, we were on the bottom unit and the upstairs sounds traveled easily. That didn't spoil our stay, however.

Hi Karol! Thank you for the great review. We are so happy you enjoyed your stay. Yes there is an upstairs unit and we ask guests staying there to remove shoes. It's typically when someone is wearing heals or certain shoes that we have heard this, otherwise it's nice and quiet. Very nice property in an excellent location. Good kitchen appliances and nicely landscaped. If you area TV person, this sofa arrangement is great. We happen to be readers instead, and a comfortable side chair with lamp would be a nice addition. Very responsive management. You can count on them to make sure everything is working properly.
