The location was wonderful for a young family with three children. Went to the park every day and just walked to the beach. Super Cute home and beautifully furnished. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful spacious property with a wonderful view, only drawback is one bathroom. There is parking in the garage and great beach amenities as well as a private hot tub.

Awesome Family Stay on Shoreline Drive!

My family had a terrific time at this beautiful house in a beautiful location in Santa Barbara! Everything we needed for 6 adults and one happy dog was provided at this great property. We enjoyed some wonderful family time and we would definitely stay here again!

Incredible home in great location

We love our stay with incredible ocean views from the front part of the house. We loved the location by the park for our little kids and found several beaches a short drive away. Thank you, we'll be back some day!

Perfect Vacation

The host has thought of everything. Wonderful place just for two or for a family. Great indoor and outdoor space. Just perfect.

This is great place! In a great location, with immediate access to a greenbelt and beaches. Everything is within a 10-15 minute drive. If you have bikes it’s an easy commute to downtown restaurants, bars and shops! The house itself is amazing, with many doors that can be opened to an ocean view to let the breeze move through the house. The kitchen is immaculate, the garage was stocked with beach equipment and a washer and dryer. We were able to enjoy the spa one evening, set in a lush open backyard. I would say the only downside to the unit is the single bathroom, but even so this is a 5 star property and worth making it work with 5 adults.

The Perfect Beach House

We were really impressed with this property. It was the cleanest vacation rental that I have ever stayed in, it was in the perfect location, and was just an all around beautiful house. You can tell that the owners care about the property and about the renter's experience while there. It feels more like a home than a rental property. We are hoping to be back some day. Thanks!

Relaxing weekend getaway

We LOVED our stay! We came up for my wedding weekend and had the best time waking up right by the shore. The house was so spacious and perfect for having my hair & make-up and photo/vid vendors set-up the morning of my wedding. I loved that the front and back yards were also fully fenced in for my little dog to roam freely. We had everything we could have needed inside the house. All the bedrooms were so comfortable and spacious. The only downside was not having enough time to enjoy the hot tub and more beach time!

Relaxing getaway

Lovely, clean home with updated furniture and appliances throughout. The house is identical to the photos. The best part is the living room and front patio with the ocean view and Shoreline Park. The jacuzzi was a welcomed relaxing feature and was already warm and ready to use on arrival. It was centrally located to the different sites on our itinerary. We were grateful that we could utilize the garage or our vehicle would have blocked part of the sidewalk if we had to park only in the driveway. We recommend staying here and if the occasion arises, we would enjoy staying here again.
