Chaming beach cottage

Loved the stay. Have stayed there on several occasions and always love it. It is very clean and so convenient to everything. Beach and bay. Can walk to anything you want. They have bikes and beach stuff to use for your convenience. Great place to stay

Great location

We enjoyed our two night stay at the property. It had everything we needed, and was walking distance to so many great restaurants and coffee shops.

Everything was great

Everything was as expected. It’s very nice, laid out nicely very comfortable. Really enjoyed staying there for almost 2 weeks. The one thing that would’ve helped a little bit might’ve been to have another adult bike other than that everything was perfect.

Home away from home!

Perfect location between the bay and mission beach. Home was the perfect space for our get away vacay! So many delicious food options within walking distance. Home was clean, quiet, and fully equipped with anything you would need throughout the stay.

Perfect place

Mission Beach was great. The house was just as described. Location was one block from the beach, one block to the bay. Lots of restaurants near by. House had everything you would need and hosts were very attentive. Will definitely stay again.

Location Can’t Be Beat

Such a lovely little cottage. Everything you could possibly need and literally a 60 second walk to the bay or the ocean. Highly recommend!

Mission beach April 2024

We enjoyed our 10 days stay in this Mission Beach villa beach cottage. We especially appreciated that the house was so close to beach and it had great outdoor patios (both in the front and backyard). In the front patio we were able to enjoy the last rays of sun before the sunset. The neighbourhood was quiet and no noise during the night time. The house was also spacious and had all the needed facilities. Would be happy to stay here again.

Perfectly Located Cottage to Relax

This cottage is perfectly situated in Mission Beach. It is an easy walk to the bay, ocean, many restaurants and Pacific Beach. We enjoyed the privacy of the single detached cottage . It was very quiet at night and in the day we enjoyed chatting with the friendly neighbors. The 2 outside patios were very enjoyable . The cottage is the perfect size for a couple. We used the bikes provided and took a long ride along the bay path. Although you do not need a car at this cottage, we had a rental car and the parking spot provided was essential as parking is scarce in this area. Our hosts were professional and responsive. I would stay here again.

Charming beach cottage

I have stayed with Mission Beach Villas a couple times now. They are pleasant to deal with and very responsive! The cottage was well maintained and clean. All of the kitchen items I needed were available in the unit. The front and back patios were clean and large. The location is quiet. Parking anything larger than a mid-size sedan is definitely not doable. The linens were fresh and clean. If you stay during the rare cool time there are heaters available in the cottage, keep you eyes peeled for them! The guidebook they send is great and extremely useful for check in and reference during your stay. I will absolutely be staying with them again.

Great location

Great location, Pacific & Mission Bay beaches a few minutes walk away; cafes, groceries close. Lots of beach gear, bikes etc in the garage. WiFi, TV, NETFLIX access, etc all very good. On arrival, had to clean dishes (fingerprints on glasses and cups, and several pots needed scrubbing, and the blender was filthy), but there were no dish scrubbers, dish cloths or tea towels. We bought some, and the agent provided some the same day. We always leave a place cleaner than we found it--not a challenge for this place. The couch was filthy, and its seat sagged (broken?)--it looked like it had been salvaged from a landfill. We used the beach towels to cover it. A couple of potential safety issues: 1) The motion detector lights at side and back didn't function, and 2) the tube connecting the two burners in the BBQ is corroded and leaks flames--it has seen much better days. We'd return if these issues were addressed.
