We love the location, beach and sunset views and access to Belmont Park. Host was super responsive as well!

It was wonderful. I had great time and enjoyed every moment. Great spot to people watching and hanging out on beach. Far away from the crowd but close enough to walk to coffee shop.

Perfect size for myself, my husband and our daughter. Updated kitchen and bath had everything we needed. The little extras- ice maker in the freezer, laundry detergent and sunscreen really help when flying. The location is great! Huge private deck right on the boardwalk with lots of great restaurants and Belmont Park within walking distance. The garage was nice too- think narrow when picking a rental car. All the beach toys can be found there and our daughter spent hours boogie boarding. It was a great getaway!

What a great condo on the beach! We loved being able to sit out on the deck and have coffee watching the surfers. Being able to walk just a few feet to have a beach day and walk the beach every evening was an added bonus. We appreciated that the condo had beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards. We will definitely be back

Great condo with an amazing ocean beach location with lots of shops and restaurants near by. Property manager was amazing and super responsive to messages, they even replaced the broken outdoor grill same day! Very busy location with lots of activity, so if your looking for something super quiet you may way to look elsewhere, but for my family which includes our adult kids of 21 and 19 it was a great fun location. We were there during a heat wave with unusual humidity and would have loved to have had A/C for our week long stay, but thankfully the ocean breeze was right out the front of the condo. Great stay all around. Thank you Jennifer

We loved our stay!! Fantastic location right on the beach with a lovely porch we could watch the sunset from. The condo was updated, clean, and so cozy. We loved walking south to Belmont Park for ice cream and lunch (try Kojack's for the cheesesteak!) and north to PB for cute coffee shops. Garage was ideal so we didn't have to worry about parking - I rented a Hyundai Venue and it fit perfectly. Highly recommend this place for your beach vacation!

Another great stay at this Mission Beach property. 2nd year in a row and no disappointment. Cannot beat the view, the location to everything or the comfort of the property. Great upgrades this year also. Thank you. See you next year!

We loved our stay! The unit was nicely updated and had exactly what we needed. The patio was even bigger in person and was a major plus. Everything was as described. Would stay here again!

Great stay- we had a wonderful time. The location is great for families- my kids loved Belmont park, the plunge and also the beach. The garage was well equipped with beach toys. Only thing to be aware of is that the walls are thin and depending on who is renting above you, might hear some noise.
