This 12th floor, 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit is equipped with high speed internet and is open and welcoming. The all tile living area has a 42" flat screen TV, new sofa, love seat and swivel chair, and opens onto the spacious oceanfront balcony, the perfect place to watch the sunrise and the dolphins play.
The fullly equipped dream kitchen has granite countertops with a side-by-side refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, and a plentiful supply of kitchenware. There is also a washer/dryer adjacent to the kitchen. The large dining room and bar area are perfect for a gathering of family and friends, with the dining room table seating six and the bar area seating three.
The carpeted master bedroom is a peaceful retreat with soft colors, king bed, 32" flat screen TV, ceiling fan and new artwork. The ensuite bathroom has double sinks and a tub with shower. This inviting bedroom also has access to the oceanfront balcony. There are two additional guest bedrooms, one with 2 queen beds, and the other with 1 queen bed.
