Fully furnished and full accessible, this homestyle ranch is private yet less than 3 miles away from Jordan Lake Seaforth & Vista Point beaches and just 6 miles from Crosswinds Marina, swimming areas, and boat Launches at Jordan Lake allowing you to walk/bike/drive in a short time. Spend your day fishing at the lake and enjoy nights BBQing in the backyard while fireflies dance in the scintillating night sky. Deer grazes the property in the early morning eating from the Peach tree located in the rear or the fig tree in the front. With ample parking for boat storage in carport, your stay will be a lifetime memory for the family. We hope to see you soon!

Accurate listing

We stayed here for an extended weekend for the UNC graduation. Perfect location, close enough to Chapel Hill but far enough away to avoid the crowds. Grocery stores & restaurants close by along with state parks. The listing is very accurate. The fenced back yard is secure & large. Lots of space inside & out! We saw deer every day. The host was very responsive to our few questions, check in & out was easy. The host was very generous in stocking the house: toilet paper, paper towels, more than enough linens, bottled water, soap (hand, dish & laundry), coffee & filters. There is an attached in-law suite, so 1 shared wall. It was still quieter & more private than a hotel so not a problem at all.

Staying in Pittsboro

All was well with the exception of the listing on the app it says 2 Bathroom and 2 Bedrooms sleeps 10 -- But, In actuality it was 1 1/2 bath and 2 Bedrooms -- I contact the owner and VRBO -- No satisfaction... It was in inconvenience since one of the parties needed to have their own bathroom...

Nice place, but be aware there are 2 rentals here

The house was well appointed, clean and had plenty of space. Communication with the owner was easy and she was quick to respond. The outside deck and screen room was covered in pollen, but this time of year that probably requires daily maintenance. We would not have been concerned coming back to the house quite late and finding another car in the driveway if we had known that the "in law suite" was also rented. However, it was irritating to be awakened at 11:15 pm on our 2nd night by noise from the "in law suite". It seemed like they decided to race to see how fast they could clear out their dressers, (which apparently were on the adjoining wall of the back bedroom in the main house). Other than that, we enjoyed our stay - but we have learned that renting only part of a house is not for us.

Pleasant, cozy and clean.

Overall, it was a great place to stay! Very clean and tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood only a short drive to town. Nice big master bedroom with big bathroom attached. Well kept kitchen with BIG living room off the side of the dining area. Very stocked up toiletries in the bathroom. My few critical thoughts are: WIFI password was incorrect and didn't really get to use it due to delayed correction/communication. And we couldn't get water out of the water cooler nor the fridge dispenser. Other than that, we definitely enjoyed our stay and it was nice and private with the fencing around the house. Would have loved to stay a couple more nights to enjoy the outside amenities like gas grill and fire pit but was nice for a one night stay. Thanks again for letting us enjoy your VRBO!

Large and rural, yet close to town

Nice large house on large lot with lots of nature. Yet, it's a short drive to the city. The house does have a connected, separate apartment, but it has its own entrance, so you have the house to yourself. I would definitely stay again.

The upcoming Apple corporate campus in RTP is just over 30 minutes drive from the property, so is the RDU airport. The neighborhood is a very safe middle class and upscale neighborhood. And above all, Jordan lake is in close proximity with the most popular lake recreational areas and beaches are just 3 miles from the property. You will love the area and the property.
