The Hualalai Resort will host an exclusive private event from December 1–6, 2025. Please note that access to certain resort amenities may be limited or restricted during this time for residential rental guests. We recommend inquiring prior to booking if your stay falls within these dates. Our team is happy to assist with any questions to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience.

Each December, Hualalai Resort holds its annual Chairman’s Club event. This event may result in temporary modifications to guest access at select resort amenities. Access is managed entirely by Hualalai Resort and may change at their discretion.

The annual Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai Resort will take place from January 22-24, 2026. This event will result in modified access to select resort amenities.

This exquisite estate set in the exclusive Hualalai Resort is newly renovated, professionally decorated and in pristine condition. Boasting artisan furnishings and brand new quartzite countertops, faucets and fixtures throughout, this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home invites guests to fully enjoy the wonders of opulent island living. With ocean, Maui, sunset, and Hualalai golf course views and generous outdoor and indoor living spaces, this home offers a truly transcendent getaway.

With over 3,000 square feet of interior living space, mahogany trim, vaulted ceilings, and custom wall treatments and tiling throughout, this home stands out amongst its peers. All of the necessities of modern living are at your fingertips, including lightning fast WiFi, wall mounted flat screen smart televisions, and newly installed air conditioning with individual climate control in each room.

Surrounded by masterful tropical landscaping, the beautifully designed outdoor living space is exceptionally generous and well appointed, complete with a private pool, spa, covered daybed, and barbecue grill. A child safety fence can be erected around the private pool by request (set-up fee applies). Perfect for entertaining and for families, the covered lanai with ample lounge and dining seating expands into a spacious grassy lawn with panoramic ocean views.

The interior great room’s floor to ceiling glass pocket doors open completely to the covered lanai and pool deck for truly tropical indoor outdoor living. The open concept great room spans a decadent living area with wall mounted smart television, interior dining table, and spacious and gorgeous kitchen featuring capiz shell backsplash, walk-in pantry, premium appliances, bar seating and mixologist nook.

The estate’s unique layout offers ample privacy, with the primary bedroom suite off the great room, two guest suites with private exterior entrances off the interior courtyard, and the detached ‘Ohana guest house off the exterior courtyard. Each bedroom offers an ensuite full bath complete with a private outdoor shower garden, a tropical delight!

The primary bedroom suite features ocean views, a king bed, wall mounted smart television, and private lanai with daybed. The recently remodeled ensuite primary bath boasts floor to ceiling travertine, soaking tub floating on a bed of river rocks, and rainfall walk-in shower. The detached ‘Ohana suite (guest suite #2) offers a queen bed, flat screen television, kitchenette, and a generous and luxurious ensuite full bath. Guest suite #3 features a queen bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bath, amd guest suite #4 features a queen bed, flat screen television, and ensuite bath with shower//tub combination.

Luxurious organic Malie bath products are provided, as is a dedicated laundry room with all your needed supplies. Two four-seater golf carts and one six-seater golf cart are included with your rental, as are beach amenities for off-property adventures.

Daily resort fees, which are not included in the rental rate, are necessary to access Hualalai Resort amenities but are not required for booking this residential vacation rental. Access to Resort amenities is available to our guests for an additional fee per person per day, subject to seasonal restrictions. From 2025 to January 3, 2026, the daily resort guest fee ranges from $75 to $230 per person, plus taxes. Guests can opt-in for Resort access for a minimum of 2 consecutive days, with the entire household required to participate. These fees are paid directly to the Resort, which operates independently from our company and does not control the administration of resort access, amenities access, daily resort fees, account charges, policies, and restaurant reservations. After your reservation with our company is confirmed, we will provide the Resort with your contact information. The Resort will then work with you directly to determine your preference regarding amenities access. For complete details, please reach out to us directly.

Spring Break

The house is very comfortable and clean. Exactly as described. It's convenient having the golf carts to get around the property. One thing I will say about that location because I was struggling with where to stay on the big island... it is far away from a lot of other activities on the island. It seemed like I was always driving 30min to do anything. It is really catered to staying on property and using the amenities there. We didn't really understand everything that was available to us as part of the "resort". You can pay to use the 4 seasons but it is not 100% access to everything the same as if you were staying there. For example we could use the pool but we couldn't sit in the pool chairs. I wish someone explained the property to us when we arrived.

We have stayed at Hualalai many times and this house was outstanding. The property manager was easy to communicate with, the house was clean and perfect for our family of five. The only minor issue we had was requests through the website forms didn’t seem to go through but the property mgmt company immediately resolved when I contacted them! All in all a great stay.
