Pets are allowed in this property and our pet fee is $200 per pet per trip that will be charged upon booking confirmation.
Please let us know what kind of pet you will be bringing and its breed so we can prepare the cleaning team.

Upon booking, one of our property managers will reach out to you and will offer a call for guest verification. We do this to ensure that we build a mutual understanding with our guests in relation to the property that they booked. We also ask our guests to sign a pool waiver for safety and precaution only.

Per regulations, guests are not allowed to use the mailboxes on site. You may have Amazon packages delivered to the door and also use nearby post office boxes for mail. We would not be liable for any lost packages.

**PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE ANY PLUGGED IN DEVICES (Noise Aware and/or G*ogle Mesh).
**There shall NOT be smoking inside the home. (Smoking outside is fine but please make sure to close all the doors so the smell/smoke doesn’t get inside the house). Please Do Not Tamper our smoke detector.
**Please do not move the furniture inside the house, if you do, please put them back where they belong
**Please DO NOT LITTER around the neighborhood.
**Please obey ALL HOUSE RULES.

Booking Requirements:
- Due to unfortunate events that we have experienced in the past (not judging all guests are the same), we call our guest for verification purposes as we abide by Airbnb Rules in regards to third-party bookings (unless authorized) and confirm their purpose of travel. We also confirm if you’ll be fine on what you need to know about our home to make sure your needs are met. No calls - no check-in.

**NOTE**
HVAC rules:
We ask that you can help us conserve energy by leaving the AC at 76 degrees whenever you leave the house or before your checkout. Please do not put the AC temp below 69 degrees as it may freeze up the pipes. This will cause the AC not to function well and may cause a leak in the drain pipes.

In any case, if the AC does not cool, we will not be held accountable for sending HVAC to fix the issue, the same goes for issuing you a refund if in any case, you wish to cancel and leave the house.




**Extra cleaning request and Essentials
-We only provide a STARTER KIT - A certain number of essential
-We offer extra cleaning service at $280 for 2-week reservations and up.
Extra cleaning service refers to doing a standard cleaning during mid-stay plus restocking of supplies.

Things to note:
** Any house rule violations will be subject to cancellation with a refund based on our cancellation policy. We will be reasonable as much as possible to make this an overall great stay between the both of us.
** We would like to inform you that we offer all the amenities listed on our platform. However, it's important to note that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to functionality issues with our amenities. These issues may be caused by natural disasters, previous guests, or normal wear and tear. We want to assure you that we conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure the proper functioning of all our appliances and amenities.

If, by any chance, you encounter any problems with our appliances or amenities during your stay, we kindly request that you give us the opportunity to address and rectify the issue before considering any cancellations. We ask you to consider this before booking our home.

**Guest Responsibilities:
-Lost and found item - $50 convenience fee + shipping
-Broken/Stolen Items - guests will be responsible for the repair cost/shipping/ etc.
-If the guest throws a party at the house and gets the house reported to the police or local authorities, we’ll be forced to cancel your booking and we’ll have to ask you to leave our premises without any refund.
-If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
-Only registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at any time. We do not permit additional visitors in the daytime or nighttime. Other side there will be an additional charge.
-If you plan to have visitors, they NEED to be included in the number of guests you indicated at the time you make your booking. - provide their names and age.
-The earliest access to the house is 4 pm. Unless agreed otherwise with the hosts.

**Early check-in

**Pet Rules

- We have a $200 PER Pet fee for pets disclosed prior to booking. Meaning if you are bringing 1 pet it's $200, two pets $400, and so on.
- There will be a $300 charge for unauthorized/undisclosed pets pre-booking. You must inform us first that you will be bringing a pet.
- Please be responsible with your pet and make sure to put away the animal waste, otherwise it will be a penalty of $250.
- Please be well-informed that we are a pet-friendly home. We promise our guests that we are thorough with our cleaning; however, if you have any pet-allergies we suggest for you to take this part in consideration before booking your stay with us.


**Maintenance
Please note that we strive to maintain our home in excellent condition for every guest. Before making a reservation, we would like to inform you that our maintenance team conducts regular visits to perform tasks such as "taking out the trash" or "watering the grass."

Rest assured that these visits are limited to the exterior of the house, and our personnel will not enter the premises. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay and encourage you to contact us if you require any assistance.

A great place to stay!
My family had an awesome relaxing stay at this home. The host Monica was very very responsive to every message we sent. It’s a beautiful home, clean, well furnished in a nice neighborhood accessible to all the shops/ restaurants near by. We would highly recommend it!

A great place to stay
We loved this clean, cute, spacious home and would choose it again for another stay in the LA area. It had everything we needed, very well organized. The beds were very comfortable. The primary suite was extra-large with a huge bathroom and french doors opening to backyard, which had plenty of space to sit and relax. Nice quiet neighborhood and easy to get around the area. Plenty of space for two cars on the driveway.

Very Nice Place - some small issues
The house was very nice, lots of space and the backyard was great. The kitchen is very good, the primary bedroom has lots of space and the ensuite bathroom is great. The Wifi is very fast and consistent. The owner or broker for the owner replied quickly. Three warnings: 1) Several of the windows were left unlocked when we arrived and could be opened from the outside. Had we not checked, this would have been an unsafe situation for us. 2) The backyard fireplace has been capped and is not available to use even though they promote this in the main property description. This was very disappointing. We were specifically looking forward to backyard time in the evenings but it was too cool without the fireplace so we rarely used the backyard. 3) Be prepared for a very long document that explains in detail many of the warnings and threats of very large penalties (including immediate removal from the property) if you do not comply. They have multiple outdoor cameras that we were not informed of until receiving the full information package.
