This was such a perfect stay!! So close to Belmont campus while visiting my daughter. Would love to stay again sometime. Highly recommend!

This neighborhood is so quant and cute! The VRBO was very clean, had well-appointed decor, super comfortable, and an easy walk to Belmont with yummy restaurants & shopping nearby. If our son chooses to attend Belmont for college, we know exactly where we want to stay!

We visited to see our granddaughter who is a student at Belmont. She was able to walk over to see/meet up with us! There is a great bagel place for breakfast a little over a block away. Our hosts were very responsive and helped us out with restaurant recommendations. The apartment was well stocked. We will definitely be back.

crash and go!

This is a great choice if you are looking to spend most of the time out and about but still want charming surroundings. The living area is lovely but not a "hang out all weekend" kind of place. Very comfy beds and bedrooms and a cozy place for coffee in the morning.

Nashville weekend

Great location near Belmont University and quick uber to downtown. Very nice neighborhood. Very well kept and clean. Had a slight issue with door access but was quickly resolved with owner. Would highly recommend!

The host asked if we wanted the pull out sofa made into a bed before we arrived which we thought was excellent but when we arrived nothing had been done. It was hot is Nashville and the house was very hot even with the mini-split air conditioners turned all the way down to cold. The apartment is their basement and it smelled very musty. The decorations are very cute but I would not recommend this house.

We are so sorry you did not have a satisfactory stay in our suite. We had a new cleaning team that, unfortunately, didn’t get my text to make up the sofa bed for you. We are very sorry for the inconvenience of that. As for the temperature of the suite, spring is very fickle in Nashville. Freezing one day and blazing hot another day. The mode on the mini split was set to heat but if you had messaged us to ask how to make it cooler, we could have told you how to change the mode to AC. We wish you would have reached out to us during your stay to help you be more comfortable. Again, we are sorry you had a less than pleasant stay and hope future guests aren’t negatively swayed by your review.

This place was delightful. I was concerned a basement would be dark but large windows provide an airy feeling in the main room and both bedrooms. The furniture is comfortable, the decor is fun, bright and just a bit quirky. One of a kind eateries and shops are a short walk away through historic Belmont Hillsdale. Another big plus is the ability to leave your car and uber downtown where parking is scarce and expensive. The hosts were friendly and available but did not hover. A friend recommended this place. I feel like I owe her big time!
