Wonder 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with large closets. Everything you need to stay in but convenient location to go out. Condo was clean, excellent easy communication with host, and really appreciate having a parking spot under the building.

We rented this location to be close to others that we traveled with, and to be walking distance to Broadway, but also to other restaurants and stores. Realizing the quick walk to the indoor Farmer's Market was a treat to. It worked out absolutely perfect. Kristin was so responsive, even before we completed our reservation. We appreciated the quick feedback. The place is clean, roomy, and updated.

Very nice place to stay! It was within walking distance of Broadway. The host was very informative with places to visit and restaurant ideas. Host was available if needed.

I prefer to have a TV in the Bedrooms, but that is not enough to reduce my rating. The place was nice and we had a blast in Nashville.

The condo itself was fairly nice. The beds were comfortable, and it was clean although kind of run down. I saw other reviews talking about how it was close to the train, and I thought it would be fine because I thought that meant it was just in the area. No, the train actually goes right past the condo, just a few yards away. When you sit on the balcony, you are quite literally RIGHT next to the train tracks/train. The walk to downtown is pretty brutal as well, but part of that is because we went in August and it isn't the fault of the host, just something I thought others may find helpful.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was suitable for our family (3 adults). The only downside was the trains….that run none stop however you do get adjusted after a few days. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice apartment close to everything. Definitely heard the trains but knew about them before we got there. Great restaurants and bars within blocks!

Great place to stay.

Thanks for hosting us we enjoyed the stay in Nashville. It was clean and comfortable. Train passes thru a few times a day/night but it isn’t too loud.

Very relaxing!

Easy to access, safe area, close to downtown. Very clean and appears new. Mother/daughter and both grandmas were super comfortable and very impressed with this property!

There are trains but not too noisy. It's great to be so close to Downtown/Broadway. The number pad at the elevator was giving us fits but we got it to work. Food sticks to the pots and pans while cooking. We would stay there again if available.

The property was very clean. Check in process was very easy. Communication with property manager was very good and was super helpful.
