Use this quaint, welcoming spot in the heart of East Nashville as your home base for exploring the city. My goal is for your stay to be a relaxing home away from home.

You'll have the entire first floor to yourself. Just know I live on the second floor (with a separate entrance). The main shared areas are the driveway and backyard.

DRIVEWAY

The two driveway spaces in front of the house are for you.

BACKYARD

We both access our floors through the backyard so we'll see each other occasionally as we're coming and going.

The attention to detail by the host was outstanding. How was impeccably decorated, cleaned, and maintained. Beautiful stay! The front porch was so lovely, we didn't want to leave to go anywhere! ;)

Loved staying at this location! The house was really clean and comfortable, well setup with instructions and labels for everything.Alex was super friendly and helpful. There were a few great places within walking distance. Would totally stay here again.

We were extremely impressed with both this home and the host! He was extremely responsive and attentive to our needs - both before and during our trip! The home is in wonderful condition and was the perfect place for our group of friends to get together and enjoy the weekend together! We would highly recommend this home!

Alex's house was the perfect place for our father daughter trip! East Nashville is lovely and his place is on a quiet residential street within walking distance of grocery stores and awesome restaurants and bars. We had parking but chose to Uber a lot downtown which was quick and cheap.

This was exactly what we were looking for. Coming from Michigan, we were looking for a local place, that was within minutes of downtown. It was clean, everything was labeled clearly, and there was no clutter. Perfect location for a quiet stay within 10 minutes of downtown. Alex was also the perfect host!

The house had exactly what we needed. It was equipped with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable! There was a grocery store right down the street. It was close to everywhere we went. We did UBER everywhere and fees were reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!
