Perfect location for beach vacation. Unit was very conveniently located close to parking and pool. Views of harbor were great. Host was very responsive to any and all needs. Everything was comfortable.

The property was clean with lots of amenities available. Communication with the host was easy with clear instructions regarding parking and the check-in/check-out process. Views of the beach and harbor were lovely.

We had a great time. The property is close to the beach and the complex has lots of great amenities. The condo has a great ocean view.

The host was excellent! Very accessible and accommodating. The property was just as described. Having access to beach chairs and towels was a nice perk.The only “heads up” in regards to the condo itself would be that there is no door in the master bathroom toilet area. If you’re sharing the room with someone there’s no privacy.The only negative experience was with the woman at the check in shack. We had arranged an early check in time with the owner. I was told it would be ready early and we could check in before 3:00.I completely understand things can get lost in the shuffle or misunderstood. We arrived at 2:40. The woman said we couldn’t check in until 3:00. When I tried to explain we had approval for early access and show her the text thread from the owner, she said “I don’t see the paperwork, sorry I can’t help you for ten minutes” she then slid the window closed right in my face!It wasn’t the best welcome but we enjoyed everything else completely.

The host was very quick to respond when we needed something. The condo was lovely and comfortable.The view was awesome. It was wonderful to have ocean breezes blowing through all weekend. The kitchen is decently stocked (although if you are picky about knives being sharp, bring one with you).

The host was very friendly and helpful! The location is really nice walking distance to the pier and the harbor restaurants and shops, The pools and the spas in the facility are very clean and nice and warm! The place could’ve been cleaner and a little bit better stocked, certainly needs some upkeep, as there were some broken items like cabinet knobs, and a mirror in the master bedroom, but I believe the host will be doing that.

Ir was a wonderful location and water views. The owners were very accommodating and helpful.

I highly recommend this rental, I will be returning in the future hopefully.

Beautiful spot, spacious condo

We enjoyed our stay here very much. I wished there had been a few more kitchen amenities (a full size coffee maker, Saran Wrap, etc) but the condo is clean and spacious and has a beautiful view.

Everything was great. Condo is perfect for family of 6. Clean, great location, and everything needed in the kitchen. Only thing I would have preferred was a toaster and key rug.

We love the location and amenities at North Coast Village. However, it would be nice if there were 2 hot tubs so one could be adults only.

Great Place

There are so many great things to say about this place! It was all of the little things that made this one of our best stays! Michael was awesome, great stuff in the kitchen to cook with, soft sheets, and tissue in every room. Will definitely stay again.

My stay in Michael's condo was great! We've been going to North Coast Village for over 20 years every summer and this condo was very enjoyable. Being an end unit you have plenty of natural light. The beds were cozy and the updates to the condo make it very enjoyable. I would highly recommend staying here! Can't wait to come back.
