I'm an eternal tourist and history buff. I'm a lover of the sand, sea, and natural beauty of the outdoors. Becoming a host has been a longtime dream after years of traveling and staying in the most interesting places and meeting such a diverse cross-section of people. I want to extend great hospitality and help people come to know and love this area as much as I do. I'm what South Carolinians refer to as a "come-ya" which is a new resident versus a "been-ya" who was born here and whose family has lived here for generations. My family and I chose to live here after a visit a couple of years ago when we fell in love with the natural beauty, the food, the people, the culture, the beaches, and the weather.
Moving here was a challenge though when it came to finding real estate because apparently everyone decided to come to Charleston too! We had a long and unpredictable building process which forced us into temporary quarters a little longer than we expected. I knew from that experience that I wanted to offer a place where families just coming to the area could find peace, comfort, tranquility, and a home away from home. This unit offers all of that plus the amenities that just keep life fun and manageable like a walking trail, dog features, a pool, and a fitness facility. Plus, it's so conveniently located to all that Charleston has to offer.

I LOVE this property first and foremost because of its proximity. Johns Island is home to a lot of history, beautiful marshes, the Angel Oak Tree, Low Tide Brewing, Wild Olive, Royal Tern, Weezy's Ice Cream, Johns Island Farmer's Market, Trophy Lake water sports, disc golf, pickle ball, Whitney Lake, and beautiful moss-draped live oak trees that line the roads. It's a very peaceful, laid back community situated very centrally, minutes from downtown and several beaches including Kiawah, Edisto, and Folly.
