Welcome to your cozy Charleston retreat! This spacious 1-bedroom apartment has it all! And the best part? You’re just a short walk away from the iconic Pour House, where you can catch some amazing live music, plus fantastic food and drinks all around. Whether you're cooking at home or heading out to enjoy the vibrant local scene, this apartment offers the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement in the heart of Charleston!
The space
Step into the huge kitchen, where sleek countertops and modern appliances make cooking a joy. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet dinner, there’s plenty of space to spread out and get creative. The open layout flows effortlessly, giving you room to entertain or simply relax while you enjoy your culinary creations.

The bedroom is just as impressive, offering a generous amount of space for you to unwind and recharge. With enough room for a king-sized bed and all your personal touches, it's perfect after a busy day to catch up on your favorite shows. The large windows bring in natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere, while ample closet space ensures everything has its place.

And the bathroom? It’s equally spacious, featuring plenty of room for a spa-like experience. Whether you're soaking in the tub or enjoying a quick shower, there's enough space to pamper yourself and escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. With modern finishes and thoughtful details, it’s your private retreat within your home.

This unit is connected to the upstairs unit by the sliding barn door. It will be secured during your stay. If you have interest in renting both units, please let us know!

There are a few steps up to the front door. There are not stairs inside the unit.

We loved our stay here! It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I for the weekend. Very convenient location near downtown Charleston or Folly Beach. The place itself was very spacious and beautiful. The king bed was super comfortable and soak in spa tub was a plus! Thank you and we would come back again.

The house was amazing. It was super clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with sharp knives, excellent pans and containers. It was also very nicely decorated. Would recommend this house for anyone.

The place was very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was very comfortable though I found the pillows a little firm to my liking (personal preference). Kitchen has everything needed for standard cooking, including a wine opener, salt and pepper. Location is great for James Island, though the road was not walkable due to some ongoing construction and no sidewalks. Overall this was a beautiful apartment and would definitely stay here again when visiting family the next time.

My first impression as I walked in the front door was that the unit was much larger than I had anticipated. For a place set up for two travelers there was more than an adequate amount of floor space. The large master bedroom with ensuite bath was excellent but there is also a half bath located in the hallway. The kitchen was large and fairly well equipped and the appliances seem to be new and up to date. Watching the Roku TV in the living room was a seamless experience to set up and use our personal apps. We didn't get to use the verandah much because of the rainy weather but what little we were out there was very enjoyable. The only complaint I would have is that when the unit over us was occupied the noise of them walking around was more noticeable than I would have expected. But even with that little flaw I heartily recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy the Charleston area and avoiding the high prices of downtown.
