Beautiful property and friendly hosts. This was the perfect spot for my son and I to stay while fishing around the area. We caught lots of sharks right off the dock out back. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

The guesthouse, pool and dock were perfect for what we were looking for in this trip and the price made it possible for us to come out and enjoy! Great hosts! Would definitely recommend for a couple or a couple with a young child or two.

Very peaceful location with a great view. Unit was well decorated and clean. We had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable! Cherie was very responsive and she and her husband were pleasant and kind.

We had a fantastic time on our vacation. The property was immaculate and exactly as described. The photos are great but the beauty of this property is ten times better in person. The host was a great communicator and super friendly. We would not hesitate to go again and enjoy Johns Island.

My son and I had a great trip. The house was the perfect size for us. Cherie and Will were wonderful hosts and my son enjoyed catching a shrimp at low tide. For those traveling with a kiddo, the tv/livingroom area is in an open space with the bed. This made for earlier bed times for me. Overall, we would definitely go there again!

This property was perfect for me and my husband. Everything was clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to prepare your own meals. The bedroom/ living room was just the right size for us but can easily accommodate a family of 4. The couch lets out to a bed. The water view is beautiful. There’s a covered dock you can lounge on. There is a pool you are welcome to use as well. The hosts were wonderful. We chatted a couple of times. They gave great recommendations for things to do and restaurants to eat at.

As others have mentioned in reviews that we saw, the pictures don’t do it justice. It has a beautiful view! All kitchen supplies were there to use and the bed was super comfortable! We were here to tour Charleston. It was so nice to come back to a beautiful home after a long day in the city.

My husband and I took a quick trip for our 25th Wedding Anniversary, and this was a great place to stay. We were close to everything, but also enjoyed the quiet peace of the dock.

A perfect weekend escape! We came for a wedding in area so location was perfect. In our down time, we enjoyed our space! The views and the dock are amazing features. We will be back just to stay here!

This was the perfect little getaway for two newly weds. The hosts were super friendly, and helpful throughout the stay! The warm welcomes, fishing tips, and assistance with kayaks made this an extra enjoyable vacation. My wife and I will be bookmarking this listing for our next trip to Charleston!

The views were great. Much better than the pictures. Location was outstanding!! So many restaurants to pick from within 1-3 miles. I will be back when coming to SC.

Fabulous hosts and property!

We spent two nights in the area, beaches, sight seeing and seafood. This beautiful property is close to everything, yet tucked away from the traffic and crowds. It is breathtaking and peaceful, beautiful and comfortable at a price point that’s affordable!

Beautiful River view! We enjoyed hanging on the dock and soaking up the views. There are many good restaurants to choose from in the area. The Angel Oak Tree is spectacular! Spent a day at Folly Beach and visited the Charleston tea farm, which is very interesting.
