Grand Caribbean #101 West in Perdido Key is on the ground floor, making it easy to unpack and quickly access the beach. Discover a private wrap-around patio offering serene views of the community pool.
Your fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare anything you wish. From simply packing a cooler for the beach to whipping up a delicious dinner, you have everything you need. The living area features cozy furniture, including a queen sleeper sofa, inviting you to kick back and relax after hours in the sun. There is a Smart TV, so you can host a movie night and choose from your favorite films. Unpack into the primary bedroom and bathroom and find plenty of space to make it your home away from home. This property is super cute and very comfortable. The bed was amazing! Being in the first floor was great - no lugging things up and down elevators or stairs. It’s close to the pool but far enough away that you do t hear all the pool noise. The walk to the beach isn’t bad from here at all. The only thing that could have made it better was a view of the ocean, but we knew that when we booked. Highly recommend.

Ground floor and location was great. Living room furniture very comfortable. The black-out curtains were great. Struggled a bit with getting the TV to work, but finally got it straightened out with the help of our host. The only negative and its minor, would suggest the owner pick a color scheme and theme. I.e. either sea birds or lighthouses, not both; black-out curtains do come in colors to match the walls; either paint the bathroom walls to match the shower curtain or pick a shower curtain to match the existing paint color.
