Newly renovated apartment in a GREAT location. Less than 3 minutes walking across Gulf Blvd to the beach. A 15–20-minutes walking to John's Pass Boardwalk & John’s Pass Village. Relax in this spacious & stylish space with a fully equipped kitchen, granite island & nice family room with sofa & smart TV.
Outside, take in a beautiful & spectacular water view, walk the beach or visit all the activities around within a walking distance. Feel the breeze & enjoy fishing right at our back yard!
Wi-Fi is provided and connects to 2 smart TVs for your use. A study desk and chair are provided for guests who have a need to work or use their computer. Washer & dryer combo is inside the apartment for guests' convenience. A queen bed in in the bedroom and a sofa bed (pull out from the sofa, equivalent to a full-size bed) in the family room.
A parking permit is provided for guests during their stay. Alternatively, take the Suncoast Trolley up & down Gulf Blvd for local transportation or a short walk to the restaurants, bars, local shopping centers, grocery stores along Gulf Blvd. Guests can do fishing on the docks and pick up supplies from a live bait shop nearby.

Amazing place to stay beautiful just like the pictures they provide everything you would need even toothbrush & toothpaste beach umbrella all utensils couldn’t ask for more. We loved it there would recommend to anyone candy store right in front with amazing ice cream decent price walk across street to beach & on corner was excellent coffee shop. Everyone one was very friendly would stay there again! Host always answered my questions can’t say enoughRon and carol

This cute property had everything needed. We enjoyed watching fish jump in marina right outside the door and getting ice cream at the shop in front of the unit. Dawn was very attentive and made sure we had no concerns. Would stay here again.

Excellent stay!

This property was great! In a perfect location with proximity to the beach and restaurants, etc. Place was clean and offered everything we needed, making our stay easy and one to remember!

Beach was very close by. There was a dock you could fish from right outside the back door. The owner gave you many extra amenities and supplies inside.

Well kept property with everything one needs to enjoy their stay.Short walk to the beach and many restaurants/bars and shopping.Just steps away from the water in which we watched Mama and baby Manitees for days. Host quickly responded to inquiries.Would stay again.Thank you!!

Great experience! Docks on the water right in the backyard, nice and clean unit, and right across the street from the beach. Completely as advertised and maybe even better with the great communication and convenience provided by the host.

This was a perfect option for us. Tucked away right on the waterway. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything we needed. Could hear the neighbors when they were sitting outside, but quiet at night when we were trying to sleep. I would rent again.

The place was very clean and well stocked. The view of the marina was a nice bonus. Walk to the beach was fast. Easy walks to nearby restaurants and Johns Pass. Communication with host was prompt. Only drawback was the candy/ice cream shop which is next to unit. It can be noisy at times. We would definitely return.

Nice unit!

The unit was very nice inside and nice atmosphere on the canal. All the management and staff were very responsive. The only drawback was the road noise crowds at the ice cream shop next door.

Stay at Madeira Beach

We had an absolute blast on our trip! The location was just across the street from the beach and also had a dock that we could fish off of! It is super close to John’s Pass where there are tons of shops and restaurants, dolphin watching and so much to do. The property had everything we needed and the kitchen had lots of space. The space is right behind a busy candy/ice cream shop so if you’re looking for super quiet this might not be your spot but we frequented the ice cream shop and loved it! The bed was super comfortable and the shower was spacious with great water pressure. Definitely recommend especially with young kids!!

Most relaxing vacation ever

I love the water—ocean, lake, whatever. Having our back door open to a canal/marina was terrific, and being only a block off the beach made it all the more amazing. We took long daily walks, on the beach, up the road to John's Pass, through nearby neighborhoods, or all the above. It helped that the temperature was 100 degrees warmer than at home (counting wind chill!). The owners are great and very responsive. The delicious homemade ice cream next door was a huge bonus!

What an amazing beach gem! Located within 50 yards of public beach access in front and a dock feet from rear entrance, this well appointed flat is perfectly located! Entertainment and restaurants are within walking distance (cheap public trolley also right there)! Will stay here again. Thank you Dawn for being a great host.
