A Mediterranean Style Resort Paradise just 10 miles from Disney World, Orlando

This clean very spacious renovated 4 bedrooms 3 bathroom resort home with a 2.5-minute walk to the pool area, with a new living room, new mattress and bedding, new floors installed and and large screen TV in the living room with Blu-ray Disc/DVD player.

This self-catering unit has a fully equipped kitchen, Including Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Stove/Oven, Microwave, Utensils, coffeemaker, Keurig, and blender. The home is also equipped with a new large-size washer and dryer on the first floor.

This 1,492 square foot home has 3 bedrooms upstairs with one king-size bed and a full ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are equipped with two twin beds and their own bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed with an ensuite bathroom with a new walk in shower. All three bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.

All bedrooms are equipped with large wall-mounted flat-screen TVs. The home is air-conditioned, and extra towels and linens are included in the home but there is NO maid service, and it is cleaned only upon departure.
Free Wi-Fi, as well as local and long-distance phone calls within the continental USA and Canada, are free.

A Pack’n go, stroller, and booster chair are there for your convenience.

This property is located just a short walk from the Clubhouse which houses a heated swimming pool, lazy river, water slide, and hot tub. Next to all of that is a Sunbathing Terrace to relax, with a kid’s playground and a Tiki bar.

Frankie Farrell's is a restaurant located at Clubhouse which has a games room, fitness center with Hot Tub, Steam, and Sauna Room, free Wi-Fi is available at Poolside and Clubhouse.

For the golfer, the Highland Reserve golf course is just next door and has 18 hole course.

Also, Regal Palms charges $20./Day + tax resort fee paid at check-in.

Family Getaway

John was a very good host and responded quickly to any questions we had. Property was as described. Our family of 6 fit comfortably in the home. Short walk to the pool. We should have brought tubes for the lazy river as they are not provided.

Nice area and the place was clean and nice! The area is convenient and close to attractions and shopping! The pool is nice and clean and has a place to relax and eat! Just make sure you bring your cooking essentials and necessary bathroom supplies as very little is provided!

One of the Best VRBOs We’ve Ever Stayed At

Our family visits Orlando at least once a year and has been doing so for over a decade. We have stayed at a ton of different places over the years and most of them are okay but either worn out, somewhat dirty, or in serious need of remodeling. We were very pleased with John’s communication (especially with the hurricane the week before we arrived) and the place was very quiet, very clean, tastefully decorated, and very well furnished furniture-wise. One of the best we’ve stayed at. Would certainly recommend.

Stay for disney

The condo/house was exactly what was depicted. Comfortable and accommodating. We had no issues while there and we enjoyed the pool and the pond with all the turtles. Great communication with owner.

National dance stay

Overall this property was good. Had a few problems with the washer bugs and wasn’t fully cleaned like under beds dishes that were put in cabinets so had to rewash them clean trash from u see beds.

Winter Vacation

The property was nice as well as the condo which was very convient for our family. The water dlude, lazy river and hot tubs being closed were a disappointment.

Great place to gather and leave from

We were in Orlando for a family Thanksgiving. We had a great place, lots of room, and were able to do all the prep we needed in the kitchen. It was so convenient to everywhere we wanted to be. The resort itself was quiet which we really appreciated. John was so easy to deal with and very personable. I can easily recommend to anyone,

Great Family Vacation Stay

John was terrific to communicate with, and was very responsive. The home worked perfectly for us with the number of beds and baths, and was very convenient to the pool, which was terrific. Check-in was very smooth with the desk being manned 24 hrs. a day, since our flight was delayed and we didn't get in until 2:00 am. Very convenient location for Disney properties and other shopping and dining as well. If we are able to return to Orlando, we would definitely stay in this home again.

Excellent Condo

We stayed at this condo for our Disney trip. The condo is clean and well-kept. It is next door to a Publix which adds convenience. The conplex has a large pool, which is great for kids. John was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend a visit here.

Perfect location and accommodation!!

We arrived to the property around 3 o’clock and hung out and had a late lunch in the Irish pub and the kids went and played in the arcade. The check process was easy. We received our bands for the property and towel cards without issue. The property management came and got us at 4 PM and said that the residence was ready. When we walked in we were awestruck. It was so clean and The accommodations were perfect. We went to the Disney parks and the drive was extremely easy. The grocery store was right up the street for some snacks would definitely stay here again. accommodation for our family fit was perfect.

Perfect Stay

John, the owner was great. Answered all of our questions before the trip quickly. Never needed to call him once we were here. Excellent property, very close to pool/recreation area, even walking distance to ice cream and publix. House was fully stocked, had enough of everything for our entire stay. Plenty of room, pillows, etc. Booked this for the same week next year! Thank you!

A great stay!!

This house is conveniently located close to everything. Minutes from the grocery store, CVS, restaurants etc. It has a well stocked kitchen with a great ice maker. A very short walk to the pool. About 30 to 40 minutes away from the parks. Depending on traffic. A great family destination.

Family Florida vacation

The home was very nice. The owner was good to check if we everything was ok when we arrived. The resort employees were very friendly and helpful. The grandkids loved the pool/lazy river area. We were close to several attractions. We went to Cocoa Beach, Gatorland, Wonder Works, and Disney World. The only down was not having many basic supplies. There was toilet paper and a couple trash bags. All in all we would definitely stay there again.

Great Family Vacation!

The property was clean and pleasantly accented with furnishings and cookware. The rooms had plenty of beds for accommodating our group of six with ease. The Regal Palms Resort facilities were fantastic and the staff at the pool and bar were exceptional. If there was a critical issue it would be that the bed downstairs wasn’t the most comfortable and there was no batteries for the remotes to be found but in the grand scheme not huge issues. Well will be back!!!

Nice stay

Regal Palms requires guests to wear bracelets around the property and the bracelet is used to get in the security gate. It is a nuisance but understandable. The property was nice and clean. The kids had fun at the pool and waterslide. The home was clean, had everything needed to cook, had tubes for the lazy river. There was a Publix and restaurants less than a mile away which was very convenient.

Enjoyed my stay

My only concern with the property is the distribution of supplies. There were no face clothes, enough trash bags for each day of stay and you had to bag everything that went into the outside garbage, no trash bag replacements for the small trash cans, and no additional toiletries, ie paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing liquid.
