Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home, where mid-century modern meets BOHO chic retreat. 5-7 min. bike ride to Cassidy Beach and bars & restaurants in South Oceanside. 10-15 min. bike ride to bars & restaurants in Carlsbad Village. Enjoy all of what Oceanside and Carlsbad have to offer. Home is a quick drive to Legoland and less than an hour to Disneyland, Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, & SeaWorld. Home features outdoor dining area, a firepit, outdoor shower & more!
The space
This stylish home features 3 bedrooms:
1) Master bedroom is like living in a spa, Zen-like with exposed wood beam ceilings throughout the bedroom. King size bed (Beautyrest Hybrid mattress with Parachute mattress topper). En suite bathroom features a walk-in shower with skylight (IG worthy). Walk-in closet and dresser provide plenty of room for your clothes.
2) Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed (Beautyrest Hybrid mattress), dresser and a large closet with floor to ceiling mirror slider
3) Guest bedroom 2 has a daybed and office desk (Crate & Barrel). The room also fits a queen size air mattress (Sealy) that is available upon request (***please notify host ahead of time if you want to use the air mattress so that cleaning crew can set up)
Living room has a West Elm sofa sleeper (sleeps 2)
FRONT YARD:
Sit on the porch and enjoy the well-manicured front lawn landscape.
OUTSIDE DINING:
Exit the sliding doors from living room and enjoy Al Fresco dining under the stars with a dining table that comfortably seats 6 guests. Roll out bar cart and champagne stand treat guests to a relaxing aperitif before a gourmet meal.
BACKYARD:
Enjoy our intimate area that includes a fire pit, lounge chairs and poufs, BBQ. We have an outdoor shower to clean off after the ocean or to cool off on a hot day. The landscape crew comes every other week (guest will be notified in advance on the exact day)
ACTIVITIES:
We have boogie boards and surf boards available upon request (security deposit required). We have recommendations on the best beaches and food spots (please ask host). Enjoy our outdoor shower to clean off your feet
*Please clean off the backyard before going into the home.
NEARBY ATTRACTIONS:
Oceanside Pier, Legoland, Disneyland (less than an hour), Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, various hiking trails including Annie canyon trail and variety of food and beverage establishments like Parlour Doughnuts, Wrench & Rodent, Valle.

We want you to have the best time and feel safe during times when illness and covid are high. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect ALL surfaces between reservations.

NO MAIL OR PACKAGE DELIVERIES ACCEPTED/RECEIVED:
We do not accept or receive or hold or keep any packages from guests or addressed to guests at the home. Please make alternative delivery arrangements. There is a Postal Annex located at 4140 Oceanside Blvd Ste 159, Oceanside, CA 92056. There is also a FedEx Office Print & Ship Center located at 2444 Vista Way, Oceanside, CA 92054 as well as an UPS store located at 918 Mission Ave, Oceanside, CA 92054.
CHECKLIST PRIOR TO CHECKING OUT (Check out is at 11am):
Please put all dirty dishes in dishwasher.
Please take all trash out to the trash bins and if full, please leave trash next to the trash bins.
Please take off all used bedding and leave them on floor.
Please do not leave trash in back patio, outdoor dining area, or anywhere in the home. Please dispose of them in the trash bin and/or in trash bags (can be found underneath the kitchen sink).
Please put all used towels (bath, hand, and wash) in the plastic hamper located inside the guest bedroom closet.
Please turn off A/C or heater before you leave.
Please notify HOST when you've vacated the home.
