Enjoy our California ranch home located on a quiet cul-de-sac, in the Fire Mountain area of Oceanside. Our home has many spacious and inviting areas inside and outside for entertaining friends and family. Relax in the large sunny bedrooms, cook enticing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, take a soothing bath in the sunken vintage rock tub. The large fenced yard has a large grassy area perfect for croquet, various alfresco dining/ relaxing areas and productive organic garden. NOTE: Option to adapt twin beds to king if preferred. There is noise decimal monitor, Minut (only measures sound levels and does not record conversations) on the rear patio to insure quiet hours between 10 pm to 8 am.

Great location! Close to so many stores and restaurants. Quick drive to the beach too. The neighborhood is quiet and safe.The house had everything I needed. Great backyard with mature fruit trees. Lots of outside seating too.Checking in and out was easy. The host was very nice and easy to work with.All in all, the is a great spacious house in a great location. I would stay there again.

Amazing house in a beautiful neighborhood

A lovely property and a beautiful well-decorated house fully stocked with everything you and your family could need. A perfect vacation spot! We would definitely stay here again, wholeheartedly recommend!

We walked in and felt at home immediately. This is a delightful home that had everything we needed. Lots of interesting design features. Lovely host who was very welcoming and communicative.

This is a spacious, pet-friendly, well-appointed house with a fenced yard and big patio. We liked the quiet residential neighborhood and many amenities. It even has a foosball table and ping-pong table. Well-stocked kitchen, lots of room to spread out, two big bathrooms. Convenient location for shopping, and less than a 12-minute drive to almost everything in Oceanside, including the marina and pier. The house is very comfortable and typical of its era (early 1970s?) with a separate family room, living room, and dining room. Somewhat dated furnishings but nice big-screen TV, a couple of new room A/C units if you need them, and thoughtfully supplied throughout. We greatly enjoyed our time there and will definitely return if we travel to Oceanside again.

Great place for family

Wonderful place to stay. Close to where we needed to be during our stay. Clean and well equipped. Did not realize there were so many stairs which were inconvenient but not unsafe. Enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Loved the house and location. Super easy check in process, and perfect place to gather for a family event. I appreciated the host checking in and being available for questions. It had everything we needed, and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio and outdoor living space, boogie boards, and ping pong. Thank you!

Sweet house

This is a very sweet home with beautiful birds and a quiet neighborhood. Linda was easy to work with and very gracious when we needed to stay longer than expected.

Comfortable with great outdoor amenities

This house was more than enough space for 4 adults. The outdoor living space was especially appealing. The house is comfortable, quiet, well supplied with kitchen equipment, furniture a little dated, but overall an excellent place to stay. The communication with the owner was friendly, helpful and prompt.

A home away from home

I host is the most kindest person her home is very comfortable large yard with games for kid too play barbecue grill table setting the kitchen was stock with very thing you need to cook with.Bed room are spacious comfortable bed I just love this home I can’t say enough about and I will return if need

Legoland trip

This was a perfect place to stay close to stores, beach and of course for us legoland. Linda also was amazing knowing we were traveling with younger children she had water toys and items that made them feel like they were welcomed. The yard was perfect for the kids to hang out in. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The back porch area was everyone’s favorite. I would definitely come back! Totally recommend this home.

Enjoying a month at this home turned out to be the perfect vacation spot for my pup, myself and family members who visited during the first week. I was impressed that Linda, the owner/host, had provided everything to make my stay enjoyable down to the small details. She was very prompt in responding to any questions I had, and Ron, her husband, fixed an issue with the sprinkler system.My dog was happy to have a large yard for running and play, and I enjoyed being in close proximity to the ocean and nearby services. It was both a relaxing and peaceful vacation!

Nice place but....

Very nice neighborhood and location. The house itself is in need of quite a few upgrades and wasn't "super" clean. Wash clothes and hand towels still had price tags on them. Towels need to be washed before you use them. Great backyard.

The house has had many recent upgrades (within the last 2 months): vinyl flooring throughout, interior completely painted with new baseboards, all new appliances, upgraded secondary bathroom, ceiling fans and half bath upgraded 4 years ago. The master bathroom still has it's vintage charm of rock wall with sunken tub along with new faucets and toilet. I will make sure all new towels have been cleaned and ready for guests.

The house and location was awesome! One of the most well stocked houses we have been too. Backyard patio was a nice spot to hang out. Only reason for a 4 versus 5 star was no central AC. The host was awesome and brought us portable AC's that helped out a immensely. There were multiple fans in the home as well. She mentioned it has been unseasonably warm, so we may have just stayed at a atypical time. If you run a little cool, it prob won't be a big deal. Can't beat the location if not staying on the beach.
