A traffic light at the end of the road makes crossing the road very safe. This is the perfect place to have a family vacation. Beach by day, sunset over the bay in the evening.

This unit is accessed from the front of the house. Go up the white wooden stairs.
The garage is for owner use. The basement is for owner use. The top floor unit will be rented to other guests, who will access from around the back of the house, and all the way to the top floor.
Includes 5 beach badges. Guests have use of BBQ's, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kayaks, Standup Paddle boards, crabbing traps, cornhole boards, and more

Here’s a little introduction to us: We’re Paul and Marian McMahon. Paul is originally from Beach Haven on Long Beach Island, and I, Marian, grew up in Ireland.
Our journey together started at a wedding on LBI, and the rest is history.
Now, we live here with our three teenagers.
About three years ago, we purchased this house, gave it a complete makeover, and transformed it into what you see now: two lovely units that offer everything a family needs for a perfect getaway.
