Wonderful Stay in LbI Brant beach

My family and I had an excellent time during our stay. The location to the beach was only 1 block away and the house had all the amenities you would want during your stay. Jim was very responsive and checked in on us during our stay. Short drive to the grocery store, restaurants, and shops. Would highly recommend staying here.

The place was perfect for out family of 5 to stay a few days in LBI for a wedding we were attending. Bikes and beach chairs provided. The first floor was great for socializing and eating as well. Easy walk to both beach and bay. Jim, our host, was very accomidating and fast to reply to any concerns. Thanks for a great stay.

Wedding guest stay

We had a family wedding a Bonnet Island, this past weekend, and the location of this home was perfect! We were able to go to the beach for a few hours on Saturday and all of the amenities were there. Great stay!

Perfect beach house

My family had a great stay! The house was fully equipped, great outdoor space and was in a perfect location with a short walk to beach. Excellent communication from the property manager.

Great space and location

The house was well located for easy beach access. It was clean and well furnished. The property manager was very responsive and given low season, was able to give me a late check out.

Really wonderful stay!

This was our first time renting in Brant Beach. We loved the house and the location to the beaches and the bay was perfect. The house is very clean and well kept with all you need for a great vacation. Roof top deck was a big hit to watch the sunsets. Just what we needed for a relaxing week away!

Cozy house. Short walk to the beach and bay. Comfortable and clean. The decks are nice. The host is very organized and communication was great. We loved that bicycles were provided for us to use. You will hear road noise as this house is on the main road which can get busy at times.

Excellent place to stay

The place was very clean and cute. It has amazing out door space to enjoy the summer evenings. Walking distance to beach and great amenities included like beach chairs, umbrella and bikes. The owner checked in several times during the week and made it feel even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

Great home and beautiful beach.

We had a great week here! Very short walk to the beach and the house had great beach items - chairs, umbrellas and cart, etc. kitchen is the best equipped vacation rental I’ve ever seen - we cooked quite a bit. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. We enjoyed all the different outdoor seating areas.
