The Kozy Kottage was amazing! Quaint, peaceful, secluded and surrounded by nature... just what we needed to rest and renew the soul!! We absolutely loved all the quirky decor, everything felt so Kozy!We didn't want to leave.

This was an absolutely beautiful property with breathtaking views. Although our stay was cut short because of the family emergency, we had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing experience.

My sister and I have been vacationing in vrbo properties for years! We feel that this was our favorite. The view, the quiet! It was a pleasure to stay in this property. We both said this would be the property to come back to year after year.

The only thing wrong with the property is that we had to leave. Kozy Kottage is a clean, comfortable, well appointed place to unwind. The care the owners took in creating a special place shows. Grateful that they shared this!

Cottage was absolutely amazing. It provided a wonderful place to relax, swim and enjoy some quiet time as a family. They had everything you needed for the beach and the fire pit provided a wonderful view of the water. We had no issues and would recommend this place. Host was very accommodating and worked to make sure everything was great.

Kozy Kottage is a wonderful vacation property. The kottage had everything you could ask for. And was decorated beautifully. The views are incredible. A perfect property to kick back and chill.

Wow! I can’t say enough about how truly wonderful this spot is! What a beautiful view from EVERYWHERE in the cottage! It was so thoughtfully appointed with everything you could possibly need. The sandy beach was underwater on our first day due to some storms upstream but it revealed it’s awesomeness the very next day with a nice wide sandy area where we swam with our doggos. My only question is: how do I become a neighbor?

So happy you had such a great time! One of the reasons we rent the cottage out is so that we can ‘share’ it with others. It is such a special place. Welcome back—especially in the spring/fall, when the beach is biggest and it cools down enough for roaring outside fires!

An absolutely heavenly space. The cottage was warm, cozy and a true home away from home. The wooden interior takes you back to days gone by. As soon as we opened the door I was overcome with emotions feeling as if I knew this place from my past. One night the power went out, but there were some oil lamps so we could play Scrabble and other games. We spent most of our time on the screened in porch soaking in two parts of nature. The bayside included the beach, gentle lapping waves, & seagulls. Then the woodland side provided us with frogs, cicadas, even two owls hooting at night. We kayaked and fished. I was extremely impressed with the all natural medicinal plants growing along side the property. The dog fennel and the wild yarrow. The cottage was private and surrounded by farm land and a few distant cottages. Very relaxing and we certainly didn't want to leave.

Relaxing on the 4th

We stayed at Kozy Kottage over the 4th and loved the cottage and all the special touches it had. It was a great way to relax, enjoy the gorgeous view and reconnect. We would definitely recommend this cottage!

Beautiful stay!

We loved the peace and comfort of this wonderful home! The neighborhood is really quiet and the view absolutely breathtaking. There was a small sandy beach with calm waters and we were able to catch crabs using their crab pots. Just wonderful!

Relaxing River House

We had a great time at this rustic cabin on the river. The screened in porch was great for feeding the kids throughout the day, and the firepit with ample supply of firewood was great for nighttime fires.

Relaxing Getaway.

A wonderful weekend!! Amazing sunrise and sunset views - very peaceful and relaxing. The cottage had all the amenities we wanted - upgraded kitchen and bathroom were perfect!! Awesome location by the water and woke up listening to the surf! And the king bed was sooo comfortable!!

Nice and clean house. Like screened porch area to rest and eat. Easy access to water. Like the fire pit feature. Wish it offers kayaks for water activities.

Wonderful weekend getaway

I took my family of four to the Kozy Kottage for the long holiday weekend. It was the best getaway for our family, and our children enjoyed the private beach area. The owner has thought of everything to make this a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The amenities, little touches of hospitality (i.e. smore kit, beach chairs, towels, outdoor games, etc) was much appreciated. We will certainly return in the future.

Great stay

Had a great stay, only thing i can stress from their description is that you may or may not have a beach during your stay, we didn't but it was a lovely relaxing stay, it was also well stocked with everything you could need. If you want ice right away pick up 1 on your way in..but we used the trays we filled on arrival and had plenty:)

Truly a kozy kottage and kozy stay

Everything at the property was as advertised. Just bring the fam and food and everything else is taken care of. Really enjoyed the added touches like providing a s'mores kit, or having cold drinks already available upon check in as provided by host. Don't let this one slip away and enjoy your stay at the kozy kottage

A few days on the Bay.

The property is a very good blend of old and new. Still has the vintage cabin feel with modern amenities. Very comfortable with amazing views of sunrise and sunset. Plenty of places to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The steps to the small beach provided easy access to the water. Our grandsons enjoyed the water. We are planning a return trip.

Perfect Retreat

We are frequent visitors to the NNK, and this little cottage is such a gem! We enjoyed the historic charm of the cottage, the beautiful views of the water and wildlife and the calm and quiet. If you are looking for a place to completely relax & unwind, this is the place! Check -in was super easy, cottage was clean and well appointed, wi-fi worked well. 5 stars. We look forward to a return visit.
