Our second year staying here and it was great again, communication with host is great and the early check is worth every penny, like getting an extra day at the beach.looking forward to staying here again.

We had such a wonderful time at this home. The house had everything we needed. Definitely recommend staying here. Pirate’s Cove is a beautiful community. Pools, grounds were immaculate.

Fantastic Stay!

This was a great place and location! Easy access to fun local restaurants and beach areas. The property was very clean, easy check-in with plenty of room for four. Spacious and comfortable bedrooms and living room area. Bathrooms had great water pressure for plenty steaming hot showers. Outside deck area is on a stream and was a very relaxing area with a beautiful view of the sunset. Look forward to visiting again!

Chemo getaway

We rented this condo to celebrate my husband finishing chemo and the start of radiation. The location was perfect! We throughly enjoyed eating dinner on the deck on our final evening. The owner was very responsive in communication. Will definitely rent again!

This is a nice home in a central spot. Owners take great care of the property. No issues checking in or out. Communication prompt. Would rent again.

AMAZING

This neighborhood was really nice, very clean. The pool and other things are accessible which is great. It was a very short drive to the beach. The check in was very simple. Communication was great! 10/10 would recommend.

Clean and beautifully decorated. Unit is “dated” but recent interior facelift created a modernized experience. Kitchen was well-stocked. Bathrooms small and didn’t have good water pressure. Beds were not comfortable.Outside refrigerator to utilize for drinks and bait was not cooling.The host sent automatically generated “welcoming” messages but when contacted, didn’t have time to assist. All I asked for was a WiFi password that we were told was posted on the refrigerator. Response: “I am not sure why someone would remove it.I am driving now so cannot assist. It can be located in the router”.Loved the location minus the Hwy 64 traffic noise.With a few improvements as stated above, this would be a great week away from home. Have been coming to Pirate’s Cove for over 30 years… always enjoy trying new locations within the community. Sextant Village is one of the quieter areas, with less foot traffic.

Spring break home run!

This community has it all to keep everyone in the family happy. The condo itself was extremely clean, well furnished and thoughtfully appointed with higher quality than other rental properties. It’s the little things, but quality hand soap, nice towels, sharp knives, drink koozies- the owners have taken a thoughtful approach to making sure you feel at home. The proximity to Jeanette’s pier made some unexpected April beach weather easily accessible. We loved eating at the on property restaurant, walking the piers, feeding the ducks, using the tennis courts and playground. Right around the corner from downtown Manteo. The property manager was friendly and responsive. And the beds- very comfortable. Would definitely rent again!
