Beautiful 3 Bedroom/2 bath beach box style private home. Includes 2 rooms with king size beds and 1 room with a set of bunk beds. Sleeps 8. Extremely quiet, residential neighborhood come and enjoy the life of an OBXer. All new and completely renovated. Outside shower, BBQ propane grill, fenced yard, pet friendly. One street away from Bay Drive within walking distance of the Sound and the beach.

Weekend and Partial week rentals are available during the off season starting at $400 for a minimum of 2 nights (Last week of September - week before Easter). Partial weeks over the Holidays are an option also. Please message me for a quote.

Cute, well appointed, pet friendly cottage a short walk from the water and walking trails in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. Quick responses from our host with correspondence. Would gladly stay again!

The house is a few minutes away from food, gas, stores, and most importantly the beach. The neighbors and neighborhood seemed nice. Not many people out and about, but when we walked around the few people we saw said hello. Just in general we felt safe and relaxed. Its exactly what we needed.

Wonderful place

The house is exactly as described in review. Clean and fresh. Placed perfectly in OBX that all attractions and beaches were within 25 minutes either way. Highly recommend staying here for an OBX trip!!

Fantastic Property and Owners

This vacation exceeded our expectations. I will start off saying that Jerry and Jennifer were so accommodating, they were there if we needed anything at all. This was 3rd year staying in Kills Devil Hill and we feel blessed to have found them this year. The house is the perfect size with all the amenities needed down to allot of DVD's!! It was also extremely clean which was one of the many perks!! We can't wait to return in 2026!!!

Nice but needs maintenance

The house itself was clean, but not the paddlefans. There were a lot of little things the owners could do to make this house a lot more enjoyable.Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

Perfect place, walk to the bay

This was a great home base for the northern leg of our outer banks trip! Convenient location for all the sights. 5-minute walk to the bay, which is a great spot to watch the sunset. Just a little longer walk to the beach on the ocean side. Neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, even though it's so close to the main road. The property itself was great. We loved sitting out on the deck in the evenings. Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall a great stay!

Had a great time with a few friends, comfy beds, nice area, great sunset look outs near by, and nice cooking amenities (grill was great!). Host was super communicative and helpful!

Great Stay

This was our second year staying here. This is going to be a yearly event with our friends. The house was exceptionally clean, plenty of pots/pans, dishes and utensils. Loved the fenced in backyard for our dogs. Easy to communicate with Jennifer. Beds were very comfortable. Will be back next year.

Nice, cozy place!

Stayed a couple of nights at the place. Was clean and comfy! A short walk away from the waterfront and a short drive to the shops ans restaurants. Had a great time and my dog loved it too!

Excellent Place to Stay!

We loved our stay. The house was the perfect size for us and having a fenced area for our dog for quick potty breaks was awesome. Loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay and communicating with the owner was just lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and I recommend this home highly if you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay!

Family vaca

House was spotless and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was super quiet and just a short walk to the Hayman St gazebo to watch the sunset. Great area for riding bikes or going for a walk/run. Maybe a 5 min drive to the nearest beach access. Very conveniently located.

Another great week!

This was our second year staying in this sweet little spot and, once again, we have no complaints. We love the location and its easy proximity to both sea and sound. I do recommend a white noise machine or fan if you’re a light sleeper. I anticipate we’ll return again next year!

Quiet setting, one of our best vacations!

My husband and I, his sister and her husband joined us to celebrate husband's birthday. We had a wonderful time and the house was lovely, just as advertised. The owner was prompt in answering any questions and very helpful. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this property. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet.

So nice

Our stay was so enjoyable. Perfect location for us. Short drive to see sunrise and sunsets! The weather was unseasonably chilly, but the sun warms the front deck in the late afternoon, and we loved sitting in it. Beds were comfortable, house was clean, had everything we needed. Thankfully blessed!

Comfortable Accommodations with convenient location

Our first time visit to the Outer Banks and it did not disappoint! Jenny’s house was just perfect for our stay. Outfitted with all of the comforts of home. Plenty of towels, comfortable beds. Nice kitchen area for breakfast and simple meals at home. Very good grill for the perfect burger or steak. The location is central to many areas of interest. Very safe walkable neighborhood and bay side walk bike path.
