Beautiful 3 Bedroom/2 bath beach box style private home. Includes 2 rooms with king size beds and 1 room with a set of bunk beds. Sleeps 8. Extremely quiet, residential neighborhood come and enjoy the life of an OBXer. All new and completely renovated. Outside shower, BBQ propane grill, fenced yard, pet friendly. One street away from Bay Drive within walking distance of the Sound and the beach.

Weekend and Partial week rentals are available during the off season starting at $400 for a minimum of 2 nights (Last week of September - week before Easter). Partial weeks over the Holidays are an option also. Please message me for a quote.

The house was very nice and clean. We were traveling with a baby and dogs. The house worked perfectly for walking the dogs and the baby loved having room to move around in his walker. There's even a fenced in section for dogs. Communication with the host was great. There was an abundance of amenities. Parking is under/out from the house and off the street. It's only a short drive to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed our third stay in this well-equipped, clean and comfy beach cottage! It’s perfect for our pets too and we really appreciate the fenced in yard. Communication with Jen was, as always, prompt and the one issue we had was resolved within an hour. It’s our favorite spot in the OBX and we’ll definitely be back! See you next summer!

Check in was easy. House was very clean. House is located in quiet neighborhood. The house was very well appointed. Did not need anything extra. Lots of parking. Great property!

Better than the photos! Great location, pet friendly, clean, well equipped. Master bed was very comfortable. Responsive host. It was an ideal experience traveling with our dogs.

Really great house in central location. Close to many restaurants. Listing is exactly as the house is in real life. Had everyhing we could have needed. The small fenced area is great for dogs. Neighborhood very quiet (neighbors very nice as well). If you’re looking for a nice house away from the hustle & bustle, this is the place for you!

Everything we needed was there. The house was clean and inviting. The host answered any questions I had almost immediately. Grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. The neighborhood was pretty quiet. There was plenty of parking space for 2 trucks with trailers and 4 motorcycles. If we go again, we will try to get this same house.

Cute, well appointed, pet friendly cottage a short walk from the water and walking trails in a quiet, family oriented neighborhood close to shops and restaurants. Quick responses from our host with correspondence. Would gladly stay again!

We had a nice stay overall — house was spacious enough to allow kids their own private space but not so large that the end-of-week cleaning was overwhelming. Location was nice, can’t easily walk to the beach but the Hayman Blvd access has plenty of parking and is close by. Beds aren’t very comfortable and are SUPER creaky/squeaky. We ended up leaving a day early to get home to our own beds because any movement caused so much noise it woke us up throughout the night. Only real issue was the cleaning. I personally don’t love having to fully clean a home when I’m on vacation and the host specifies after booking that the house needs to be fully cleaned prior to checkout as all they do once the guests leave is wash and sanitize linens. So essentially you’re at the mercy of whomever stayed before you as far as cleaning goes. Also, bedspreads/comforters are to be left on the bed and not piled next to the laundry with the sheets so not sure if those are washed between guests. We saw and killed 3 roaches in the kitchen during our week-long stay. I wish I’d known ahead of time that we’d be required to fully clean the house, would’ve stayed elsewhere and gladly paid a little more to leave the majority of the cleaning to a professional crew (loading dishwasher and stripping linens is pretty standard; sweeping, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms is not my idea of a good time on vacation).

Wonderful place

The house is exactly as described in review. Clean and fresh. Placed perfectly in OBX that all attractions and beaches were within 25 minutes either way. Highly recommend staying here for an OBX trip!!

Great Property

Had a great time with a few friends, comfy beds, nice area, great sunset look outs near by, and nice cooking amenities (grill was great!). Host was super communicative and helpful!

Excellent Place to Stay!

We loved our stay. The house was the perfect size for us and having a fenced area for our dog for quick potty breaks was awesome. Loved the proximity to everything we wanted to do during our stay and communicating with the owner was just lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and I recommend this home highly if you're looking for a nice quiet place to stay!

Great Getaway House!

We loved the house, the fenced in yard, the quiet neighborhood. A great area to walk the dogs. We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to rent again.
