Beach Front Condo

This lovely, direct beachfront condo has 2 bedrooms and is on the 6th floor. The entire unit has been refurnished and professionally decorated in a tasteful beach theme designed to maximize the ambiance of the incredible beach view. TVs in each bedroom and living room. Master bedroom has a king bed with a new pillow-top mattress with memory foam. The second bedroom has a full bed with a soft pillow-top Sealy-Posturepedic mattress. The living room includes a Queen sleeper sofa, bringing the sleeping capacity to 4. The master bath features a whirlpool tub and shower. The second bathroom has a porcelain tub and shower. Other amenities include a washer/dryer and free WiFi. Of course, the best amenity is the magnificent gulf view. NO SMOKING, NO PETS.

Beautiful view of the beach. Hostess was very attentive and quick to respond. Unit could use some updates. Destin offered great food options. Main highway along the beach was very busy.

Host was incredibly nice! Cons: Condo does need some repairs. Master bathroom fan didn’t work. Shower curtain had mildew/mold all over it and water would get all over the floor every time you shower. It needs a new curved shower curtain and rod. Only one hair dryer in condo and it was in the hall bathroom so there wasn’t one in master. Laundry room door didn’t want to close. Extra pillows in closet had no pillow cases on them. Second bedroom has no closet and was incredibly tiny. Dealt with giant roaches coming in condo and balcony a few times but I didn’t blame the host. It’s Florida. Chair rental place takes up front row on the beach so you can’t sit up next to the water unless you rent a chair from them. Pros: view is amazing! Close to everything. Condo was perfect size for 4. Pool was perfect. Host was super nice and accommodating. Overall we were satisfied with everything.

Thank you for staying with us. I’m surprised by this review, as none of these issues were ever raised with us directly during your stay. We take pest control seriously and have never had a roach issue reported in the unit itself; balcony areas are outdoors and can occasionally attract insects, which is unfortunately beyond our control. We always welcome the chance to address concerns in real time, and we would have gladly resolved anything you brought to our attention while you were there. This is our home, and we care deeply about every guest’s experience, so we hope in the future you’ll reach out to us directly first.

Mother Nature forced us inside quite a few days during our stay but the comfy condo made it easier to be stuck indoors. One of my favorite things about staying there was of the feeling of being on the 50 yard line of the Gulf and watching the dolphin’s play every day

There are too many items that I could list but I will just summarise the most salient points: place not clean to expected standards; thermostat not working; light bulbs not working; pillow covers smelling bad; nobody at the office when we arrived, chairs on the balcony not clean; etc.The view is very nice and the maintenance man was great. The host was able to take action when I contacted her.

Condo was comfortable and as described. It is right on the beach and super convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again! Fyi: the living room tv is not a smart tv.

Great place to stay!

Property was centrally located, close to everything. The beach views was amazing! There was a little hiccup with housekeeping, but it was resolved quickly and no big deal. The host was extremely accommodating.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo was great and prime location for everything. The glass views from the balcony were amazing and we got to see dolphins every morning. The host was WONDERFUL with communication. She responded promptly and was super nice. We have stayed in many VRBOs and her communication was the best. Will stay again when we come back to Destin!

Great view of the beach. Dislike being made to rent chairs to be right on the beach during the day. 55 a day for 2 chairs and an umbrella is pretty expensive since we drive in and have our own chairs. Condo was perfect for just my husband and I for a quick getaway. Host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.
