10 minutes to Boulder, 20 minutes to Denver, short walks to restraints and parks, this townhouse has it all.

Amazing views from the rooftop patio where the rooftop deck offers RH furnishings, table for 6, Lynx natural gas grill, a kitchenette with SubZero appliances along with full-sized futon/sleeper and 65" TV.

Dine in the 3-story atrium and relax with the incredible 85" TV and McIntosh home theatre. The main floor also offers a separate workspace with an electronic standing desk and dual monitors.

The main floor features an ultimate chef's kitchen with double ovens, a fully stocked pantry, slow cooker, air fryer, professional juicer, ample cookware, and coffee maker.

3rd floor features the master bedroom with RH king bed and RH furnishing with double sink vanity and 60" TV. The full washer/dryer and 2nd bedroom with a queen bed and full bath are all on this level.

The first floor has a bedroom that can be equipped a queen-sized bed. It includes full bath, desk and 50" TV.

All rooms have large closet spaces and/or chests of drawers for all of your clothing. Gigabit WiFi with repeaters on every floor assures your devices are insanely fast.

The unit is an 10-minute drive to Boulder. Walk 2-minutes to the Sports Stable, parks, and the shops of Downtown Superior.

All bedrooms have blackout curtains for a great night sleep.

The property includes 2 car garage and free street or alley parking.

Awesome house, great location

We had a great stay. The property was clean, well equipped with everything we needed and Walter was very communicative. This home is in a great location and has some stunning views. Can't wait to stay again!

Beautiful home

It is a very nice, new, area. Everything was very clean and I felt very safe staying there. Lots of food/shops nearby. Convenient for where we wanted to be.

Great location, beautiful neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay here! We spent the afternoons just walking around the neighborhood and taking in the mountain view. It's a new development and pristine. Well appointed furnishings & appliances. Nearby stores, very convenient. Very close to Boulder where our activities were centered.

408 Promenade

Location was perfect. TownHome is beautiful. Plenty of wonderful amenities. A few items I needed to address for my guests were, no hand soap in any bathroom(I brought some from my home), and there were no hand towels in kitchen or any bathroom towels for showers. (All the towels were in the dryer that I found during my towel search that were then distributed to perspective rooms) Overall stay was very lovely.

Vacation 2023

The location of the townhouse made it easy for us to spend the day in Denver or Boulder. We spent most evenings enjoying the sunset from the rooftop patio. The views of the mountains are amazing. The bedrooms are warm and inviting. The media provided was also high tech an appreciated. We enjoyed watching Rockies baseball on the big screen and surround sound!

Awesome stay

This is a brand new, super clean, beautiful condo with all the bells and whistles. The view from the roof top patio is amazing! The home was super fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. Beds were comfy and the couches even more so. Access to the Denver Boulder Turnpike is less than 5 minutes away. There are restaurants, coffee shops, a movies theater and a shopping mall nearby. The cleanliness of this place added to the comfort. Overall an awesome stay.

Family Celebration in Superior

Visited Boulder from out of town and had a wonderful stay in Walt's townhome in Superior, CO (just a 10-minute drive from Boulder). The 4-level house was very comfortable and well-stocked. We enjoyed the top indoor/outdoor deck where we used the plumbed gas grill, watched the sunset over the Flatirons, and had a lovely dinner. Top-notch AV equipment for watching TV and movies as well as streaming music. A two-car garage was available, but we always had on-street parking in front of the house. Nice community with the Sports Stable with indoor/outdoor Pickleball and more, just 2 blocks from the townhouse. Access to shopping and groceries is less than 1 mile away. Convenient for pre-ordering groceries for our stay. The house is a short drive to the 36th & McCaslin Bus Station with buses to/from the Airport, Denver, and Boulder. This was a good value stay for the weekend we were there.

Visiting my student at nearby CU Boulder

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location is very convenient if visiting Boulder. No more than a 10 minute drive to my son’s dorm. The home itself was spotless and new and well organized. The small things that made things easier were so nice, such as having phone chargers all around for convenience. Lots of well-written instructions were available. Walt checked on us during the stay and answered my question quickly. Our football fan was in heaven watching NFL on the huge television with the surround-sound type speakers. He did not want to leave at all. The beds/bedrooms were very comfortable and clean and everything smelled so good. Would definitely stay here again.
