Our heated hot tub is included in the rental of our home and the pool can be heated with an extra cost of 25$ per day. Please ask for this option in your inquiry if you are interested. A rental gas grill is also available for an extra cost.

Villa Tuscan Ridge is a Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with den vacation pool home located in the community of Tuscan Ridge in Davenport. Disney parks are just 15 minutes away and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive.

The living room and dining room have tile flooring. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and a flat panel 50" HDTV. Dining table seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a stunning Granite counter top.

Full size washer and dryer in case you want to get the towels or linen washed during your stay. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 32"HDTV, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32"HDTV and the den can serve as a 4th Bedroom with its' queen size sofa bed.
