The apartment was a great location for our needs, I'm not sure if it was listed or not, but disclosure of the stairs would be nice if someone has large luggage or multiple bags. Overall great stay.

Had a great trip to Knoxville in this ideal apartment. Super clean and decorated with some great fixtures. Had more than enough room and the location was perfect. The host Halie was extremely gracious and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this one!

Amazing setup- stylish place, very well stocked kitchen, great pool table and games, loved the records and player, communication was outstanding. Disclosure on the noise below is honest but we would definitely stay here again! Location is great - awesome restaurants and shops right there!

This was a great location, beautiful property in the heart of the city. Everything was within walking distance. The noise did not bother us. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in this area!

The place is really nice. Well kept and up to date. Location is a double edge sword. It is wonderfully located in the heart of Gay Street. All the restaurants and stores are right there. Walking distance to the UT Campus and Old town. That was perfect. The only complaint we had was the noise. You are right above an active sports bar that has Karaoke most nights. So you will hear really BAD singing until 1 AM on Thursday to Sat and until midnight the other nights. The owners do have fans and ear plugs available. Although they help, they do not cover all the noise. If the bar was not going past midnight, my rating would be straight 5's. I just wish we would have understood what we were getting into for the price. Still a great trip.

Super cool place. Very eclectic and they have some really cool music pictures. The beds were comfortable and since we stayed on a Sunday night, it wasn’t loud at all. Perfect location. Five stars we will stay again.

Cannot beat the location. It’s right in the middle of everything. Clean, spacious and really just an enjoyable place to stay. The host (Halie) would answer any questions I had immediately, great communication and just as sweet as she could be. Check in/ check out were a breeze.

Halie ensured we had all the information we needed to prepare for our stay, and we had a great time in Knoxville. From the location to the amenities, it was just perfect for our family. We will be back!

We spent the weekend here with our college‑aged kids, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The location made it incredibly easy to get around downtown and back and forth to campus. I grew up in Knoxville and had never actually stayed downtown before — now I’m convinced it’s a must‑do for anyone. It was such a fun way to experience the city in a new light.Full disclosure: the location truly can’t be beat. Everything was convenient, and we even loved having the restaurant right below us. The property manager was attentive, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay.The only thing to note is that the music from the restaurant can get louder than I expected at times — but honestly, my kids thought it was great. They were singing along to all the songs, so it ended up adding to the fun for them.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back.

Knoxville Shenanigans

Great central location with lits to do on foot. Perfect for a father son get-a-way. Disc golf, billiards and overall shenanigans.

This was a fantastic place to stay for the Tennessee/Georgia game! The location was perfect and Halie was an amazing host. The place is spacious and clean and came with everything you could need for your stay. We also had a fridge stocked with waters, sodas and some snacks-definitely above and beyond what you sometimes get in VRBOs these days. Knoxville was just a special place to visit and we will be back!

Great place. Enjoyed the sights and sounds of being in the downtown area over a weekend. Very convenient to food, entertainment and campus.

Knoxville Overnight

Girls Weekend
