The Present 2 was perfect for us! It was clean and the host was responsive from booking through checkout whenever we had a question. Cades Cove and River Rat Tubing are easy drives if you are looking for activities out of town. The beds were super comfortable!

We loved this cottage in Knoxville. We stayed here for our son’s graduation from UTK and it was absolutely perfect. You cannot beat the location. The house is cozy and clean. Our host, Trinh, is a treasure. We hope to return and stay here again in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment we arrived, we could tell how much care has gone into this home. It was incredibly clean, beautifully updated, and extremely comfortable—honestly, one of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed in. The Keurig was such a thoughtful touch and was definitely appreciated during our stay!Check-in and check-out couldn’t have been easier, and the communication with the host was phenomenal. Everything was seamless, and we always felt like we had everything we needed. If I had to offer one small piece of feedback, the water pressure at the bathroom sink faucets was a little low. That said, it was a very minor issue and certainly didn’t take away from an otherwise outstanding 5-star experience. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again the next time we’re in Knoxville. We highly recommend this property—you won’t be disappointed!
