Beautiful place to stay

My family came to Knoxville to watch my daughter graduate from nursing school and stayed at this beautiful place. So close to everything in the heart of downtown. Would definitely recommend staying there again

Perfect for our needs

We took our two grandsons to the UT baseball camp. This cottage was perfect. Clean, comfortable and convenient. We loved our stay.

Great place to stay!

Fantastic accommodations, clean, comfortable and well decorated. It would have been helpful to have had a mirror in the front bedroom due to having someone sleeping in the living room where the full mirror was located.

The property is close to downtown and campus and is well kept up. Good central location. Everything has been recently redone. Would recommend.

Sister’s Weekend

This is my second time staying in this home and loved it just as much as I did the first time! The owner is beyond amazing. The house is clean and super convenient to UT, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend and look forward to my next stay!

Great place

Super clean place, great location, close to everything and having parking was a plus! The host was so accommodating and the house was perfect for small children as well. Great experience and would highly recommend!

Loved this little house! Very comfortable and so, so cute. Makes me want to renovate my home ;-} The owner was super responsive and proactive with information regarding check in and out. Would absolutely stay here again!

Nice Stay and Close to the Activities

We enjoyed our stay and loved the ability to get to all the places we needed to for our daughter's commencement and social gatherings in a short time. Conveniently located and quietly comfortable. Would book again.

Great, relaxing place to stay!

The house was well put together with character. The host was very responsive and helpful. Close to downtown but not in the middle of all the traffic. I would highly recommend staying here.

UTK Family Weekend

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The place is very well appointed, has a nice large living room for people to hang out in and the beds were very comfortable. Everything has been redone in the house so it feels brand new! Uber's were not very available all over town due to it being Family Weekend so we were glad we picked a place that is walkable to campus or downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Bright, clean, well appointed!

We stayed at this property for Thanksgiving- great location, close to downtown Knoxville and my daughter’s apartment. Host was very accommodating- she even got a roasting pan for the home when she found out we would be cooking Thanksgiving dinner there! :) Home was cozy and bright- had everything we needed for our family holiday!

Perfect Location

Great small cottage, all updated and very clean. Location was perfect for the Univ of Tenn move in. Only negative was road traffic and noise but would still stay there again
