This beautiful 5th floor, 1 bedroom penthouse is bright and airy and has gorgeous ocean views. Newly updated with all new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and new furnishings. The master bedroom features a king bed and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and separate step-in shower, while the 2nd full bath is located off the living area also with step-in shower. Living area furnished with sleeper sofa, TV and of course magnificent ocean views.
Among the finest Palmetto Dunes Oceanfront villa rentals, this secluded complex rests along a beautiful stretch of Atlantic beach and is surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens. The private boardwalk leads directly from the beach to the oceanfront pool and hot tub*, children’s pool and play area, large sun deck, and covered gazebo with a grill. After a hard day on the beach, you may also want to take the Dunes Buggy to Shelter Cove Marina for a night of seasonal live entertainment. Free wireless internet access.

Just what we needed
The accommodations were wonderful, and the view and sounds of the ocean were just what we wanted. It was close to the Arthur Hills course and deep enough into Palmetto Dunes to be out of high traffic. Only suggestions are to have more hand towels, dish towels and dish soap.

The interior decor really fit our style & the pictures depict the unit well. The couch & pillows are clean and comfortable. Having two full bathrooms is handy. The kitchen is clean and well furnished. We also enjoyed having a smart TV for logging into our streaming service with channels just like home. The balcony points south and overlooks a pond and the adjacent building's pool. While not directly facing the beach & Windsor Place pool, the beach is still easily visible not far away over the trees and the unit provides a level of privacy & reduced noise that others do not. From the balcony, I enjoyed watching airplanes flying overhead into KHXD airport. The pendulum, swinging chairs on the balcony were made of engineered material and were very comfortable. They provide a rocking chair without making any noise to bother others. The unit is across from the elevator, so there is some residual noise there but on the plus side: getting in & out is fast. Palmetto Dunes is beautifully landscaped & we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One of the best units we've ever rented.
