Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I had a great stay. Condo was in great condition. Location was convenient. Patio had 2 rocking chair which were a great place to end the day, rocking and looking at mountain.

Small but very functional apartment! It’s fully equipped for your cooking or laundry needs. In addition, it is located right next to the clubhouse so you are always a minute away from a free coffee, grilling your dinner or rest at the pool. The building is quiet, safe, offers very clean and well equipped gym. The best part is the location. The park is right in front and you have groceries, bars, breweries within walking distance!

Would stay again if I needed a rental for a 30 day stay

This property is great for location, amenities, and space. The only drawback is that the bed is very uncomfortable. Also, a previous guest had let his/her pet urinate in more than a few spots on the bedroom carpet and didn't bother to clean it, nor did the cleaning crew, meaning that there was a urine smell. I let the manager/admin know about it, and they sent a carpet cleaner who took care of the problem. Finally, while it's not anything the owner can control, there was work being done in a unit on the floor above that was pretty noisy during one of the weeks I was there. One of the risks in renting in a condo building.
