Union Station now offers full rail service to the airport, so getting around without a car is easier than ever. Or you can travel by Amtrak east (Chicago and beyond) or west, to the mountains or on to Salt Lake City or California. There is a morning train to the ski resort of Winter Park (with a stop in Winter Park itself on ski weekends or in the nearby town of Fraser any day, with a free bus to Winter Park Resort).
In just a few years, scores of restaurants and bars have been added to the immediate neighborhood, along with two large full-service grocery stores (Whole Foods and King Sooper).

We have three other VRBO properties--a luxury 9th-floor high-rise a few blocks away from this unit and also ski condos in Breckenridge and Winter Park--and we're thrilled this beautiful condo and its location right in the heart of downtown.

This is a one-of-a-kind location--right on the creek, on a private drive, and just steps from downtown Denver. Please note: The condo is also near a train line. We actually really like it--trains are limited to 10 mph and aren't allowed to blow their horns in city limits.
