This beautiful, privately-owned townhouse has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has everything you need for the perfect beach getaway! Our house is in a prime location just down the street from the beach and beach access. It is a short stroll to the local neighborhood beach bar that offers sand volleyball.
Amenities include beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, and umbrellas.
No garage parking available, however driveway can park 2 cars and there is also street parking available.

Everything went really smoothly! The house was big and spacious. Only a 3 minute walk to the beach which is a plus! House was clean, will definitely consider booking again when we come back.

This is home away from home. It has everything you probably need. Space, homey essentials, proximity to all activities and beach, etc. We loved our stay and where we stayed had so much to do with it. Recommend it for family with kids of all ages. The neighborhood too. Thanks for the hosts and vrbo making the experience smooth.

Gorgeous vacation duplex
It was clean when we checked in. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans etc. It is just as beautiful in person as the pics showed online. Owners were very responsive to our questions. We had no issues.

This review isn’t going to be much about the house but rather the humans that own and rent out this property. The house was as described and really such a cool layout and fun bathrooms/showers and decorations. Far too often we come up against people that only have their own interests in mind. Bill and his wife were the exact opposite. From start to finish, my families experience is what mattered most to not only me but also to them. Thank you for making my families vacation extraordinary.

The place was great. The only things was no washer and we had to go buy TP AND Papertowel, Internet did not work a lot of times. We had to go to the laundromat. Other than that it was good

I wish you would have reached out and let us know about the TP and paper towels so we could have had housekeeping bring you more. We usually keep those stocked and you can always ask for extra. Unfortunately Spectrum was having issues which was causing the intermittent issues with the internet. We dont advertise a washer and dryer in our VRBO post so sorry if there was confusion and you thought the house had one.

The neighborhood is very quiet and a short walk to the beach, with beach access at the end of the street. There is a great beach bar/restaurant with sand volleyball at our beach access called the Wanna Wanna that is just a great place to hang out that offers live music on the weekend. Just a 5 minute drive to anywhere you want to go on SPI ! You can walk, ride rental bikes or take the wave bus for free also the very popular golf cart rental is fun way to get around.
