Home was very clean and inviting. I loved all of the windows and how bright it is. I would definitely stay there again.

The house was just as listed. Very beautiful, quiet area, and relaxing. The only 2 recommendations I have is to add tv's to the 2 bedrooms downstairs. Its plenty of space. Gamers travel with their consoles. Also need more pans/prep bowls for those that cook since some restaurants close early. My family enjoyed themselves and do plan to visit again

Great location for the beach, pool, tennis and docks. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. Perfect for our large family.

The house was as stated and it was very clean upon our arrival. The neighborhood is upscale with a very coastal look. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.Host was responsive and check in was smooth.

Beautiful new build that was spacious and comfortable for six adults. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again.

It is very nice and clean place. There are a few amenities that would be helpful. However, the state was fantastic.

Clean and bright. Knowing that the short walk to the beach was across the highway would have been helpful to know with small children. Cooking equipment is sparse, no baking ware or pot holders. Places to hang things in the bedrooms would be helpful. We would stay there again with a little better preparation knowing more about the property.

Nice gated community, clean well represented. As someone who cooks on vacation it was nice to have a gas grill, however as most Vrbo's go the pots and pans were in poor shape for make dinner. However we got by.

Great house, would definitely stay again. Only 2 complaints: lack of clothing storage in bottom 2 bedrooms. And would appreciate beach chair rental POCs available in check in packet

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. It was in a great location with easy access to the beach, and everything we needed was provided. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We found the home to be sparsely appointed and lacking in ordinary comforts. There were no hair dryers, no oven mitts, only one wine glass, rusted baking pans, cheap paper towels and toilet paper that appeared to be from the dollar store, no spray cleaner to wipe surfaces, and no grilling tools. The home itself lacks closets in the bedrooms, and only one of the bedrooms had a dresser and armoire. The other bedrooms had no place to store your clothing. There is also no pantry in the kitchen. The decor is hodgepodge like someone picked up random items from a garage sale. The beds are very firm so be aware if you prefer a softer bed. There is a network cable jutting our of the wall above the sofa and the cable and internet equipment was just sitting on the floor next to the sofa. There was a bare bulb above the dining table where a light fixture or chandelier should be. The overall feeling is that the rental company is doing the bare minimum and is not interested in providing a comfortable or memorable experience. We found this property to be grossly overpriced for what we received. The Shores is a wonderful development. My recommendation is to rent one of the other vacation rentals in The Shores and pass on this one.
