Secluded fully furnished farmhouse on 5 level wooded acres off a quiet road. Fast WiFi and New stainless appliances in this freshly remodeled 2BR/1B..1 Cal King,1 Queen bed 1 Double bunk. Two covered decks,one with outdoor dining and BBQ, the other overlooking a neighboring 1/2 acre pond with lots of wildlife moving through the property,Deer and Turkeys are daily visitors. Less than 5 minutes to 3 different county parks and Bolt Mountain hiking/mountain biking trail on the Applegate river including popular swimming and fishing holes at Turtle lane and Fish Hatchery parks. Located 15 minutes south of Grants Pass, this property is at the west end of the Applegate valley wine trail having several vineyards within a 10-20 minute scenic drive along the applegate river.

Private and comfortable

We loved it so much we stayed another night!

The house itself is so cozy, and warm. Everything is easy to use, a nice big smart tv in the living room and one in the bedroom with streaming channels. The bed and couch were SO COMFORTABLE! The entire ambiance is relaxation, which is what we did! I will for sure come back here next time I visit :)

Wonderful little getaway

The home was super clean and very well stocked. Owner was easy to work with and gave us the information on the house in a timely fashion. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Bonus for us was the wildlife! The deer were plentiful.

Great little place to stay!

The owner was very responsive and even came out to the property to offer to help light the gas heater when the power went out due to a storm. Would have appreciated a generator to be available but would still stay there again. My only complaint would be that there were no window coverings on several of the windows so I had to tape up coverings on my own.

Quiet clean comfy beds! You can kinda see one house from front deck but overall pretty private! FYI - there are roosters next property over if that would bother you, it didn't us. Very country vibe which does include lots of mosquitoes. Pretty property and area out of town.. close to good swimming, was nothing too great for fishing unless you have a boat. Kids could have a ball running in the yard. Pond is not really accessible but we were ok with that. Great A/C! We enjoyed our visit.

Things to know

Kitchen nicely stocked. Needs window coverings in the bedroom-we watch scary movies, kept picturing Jason Voorhees. Needs wash rags/hand towels bathroom. Cobweb removal on ceilings and deep cleaning in bathroom (smelled of urine)
