Spacious 3-bedroom with comfortable loft located in a quiet neighborhood with a large kitchen. Convenience located near Costco, the Oakway Center, Gateway Mall and within 10 minutes to Downtown Eugene and the U of O. The home has an outdoor space with sectional seating and propane fire pit with a patio heater for the evening. Three parking space are available with central air conditioning and heating.

Fabulous property

We had a fabulous stay in Eugene. The host communicated very well. Check in and checkout were so easy. The location of the property was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

Weekend stay

Great spacious property in a safe quiet neighborhood. We unfortunately weren’t there long enough to truly enjoy it, but highly recommended it!

Comfortable Spot to Overnight

We were in town for one night to see a show. This was a superior option to two hotel rooms for my family of four.

Lots of room

Conveniently located. Worked well for our holiday stay. Comfortable beds & we enjoyed the fireplace. We stayed 9 nights… a few hiccups with supplies & thermostat.. but it was a minor frustration with an overall good stay.

Just a one night stay

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was great. It was nice to have space to spread out, and so much nicer than dealing with a hotel on graduation weekend!

Lots of space, conveniently located!

Very nice and spacious single family home in a conveniently located neighborhood. Felt safe and secure. Home was in perfect condition, meticulously clean and well-maintained. No issues whatsoever. Bedrooms are all upstairs, just in case you don't like to climb stairs. Great place to stay.

Property was spacious, beds comfortable, kitchen very well stocked. We enjoyed the TV area and fire pit. The location was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay

We had a really pleasant stay at this property. We were impressed with the amenities and the quiet location in a cute neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We will definitely stay here again at a future visit to Eugene.

Very nice! Exactly as described!

3 college friends and myself stayed here for a night after a week long sojourn at Bandon Dunes. The place was exactly as described, in pristine shape, and close to all local Eugene amenities. Given the Ducks had a home game that night and most hotels were sold out, there was absolutely an A++ alternative. Thanks again to the host!

Eugene Overnight Stay

We only stayed at the property one night, but would definitely stay longer if we could. The house is very large, comfortable, and beautiful. We had everything we needed and the host was very accommodating with instructions and offers to help if needed. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nice place to stay

This property is tucked back in a neighborhood so it was very quiet. It was well stocked with everything we needed and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our short stay there and we had no major issues.

Great location, very comfortable

The house was perfect for us and our 2 teenagers. Very clean and well stocked. I also appreciated that the check out and check in were exceptionally easy. Will stay again when we're in town if it's available.
