* Hot tub refill/cleaning fee (if applicable) = $250

**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.

Home away from home

we stayed with our friends for a volleyball tournament. It was the perfect set up. Large house, lots of bedrooms, so much space! We really enjoyed the hottub and the kitchen had eveything we could need and more. The area had lots of grocery stores, shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back if we are in Edmonton again.

Girlfriends Weekend Away!

Beautiful and clean property with hot tub. Excellent communication with the host! Great location with close walking paths and quick access to groceries and amenities. This was a great location for a quick getaway with friends which was exceptionally clean and had lots of space for all of us.

Everything that we needed.

I rented the property for an annual girls trip. The property was clean and had everything that we needed. After all day shopping and activities, the hot tub was great to relax in. Definitely recommend the property and would book again.

Great family home for older kids

We had a great time, our 14 and 16 yr old had their own rooms, bathrooms and dens. Lots of laminate stairs our dog was challenged with but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Especially the hot tub and location.

Perfect Option for Groups

My friends and I stayed while in Edmonton for a concert weekend. We chose the property so each of us could have their own bedroom and multiple washrooms were also very handy. The entire process was positive and the home was completely as-advertised - very clean and modern. If needed, there would be ample room for more in the home, but there was more than enough room for the 4 of us. The commute to restaurants and shopping was convenient and the location in South Edmonton made for an easy departure to the airport after checkout. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating.

Perfect for our family for a wedding

Roomy, lots of bathrooms. “ Day of” pictures for our daughter’s wedding. Could have used an iron but not a big deal. Previous guests left a random bag of recycling on the ground by the bins. Left kitchen sink drain had/has partial blockage. No response when I emailed but it was fine for us. I poured some boiling water down there with some dish soap. Much better. When the AC set temp goes up at night the upstairs bedrooms get smoking hot on those 28-30C days so check it when going to bed and change if needed. A really nice place for our 3 adult daughters and sons in law to hang out. Thank you very much.
