Cozy cottage on dirt road, ideal for nature lovers. 2 minute drive to the Tusten Mountain Trail & Ten Mile River public access on the Delaware River. 5 minute drive to the charming main street of Narrowsburg. Close enough to local favorites but still tucked away. A perfect tiny retreat to unwind with easy, quick access to local eateries & events. House managed by local concierge company that can fill most requests. 4 wheel drive recommended in winter months.

Other things to note -
House has WiFi and has been stocked with puzzles, books and an array of board games. TV has a blue ray/dvd player so bring your favorite movies or enjoy some of our varied collection.

This property was super clean, adorable, and I woke up to see deer out the window, which I loved. It was the perfect place to spend the night and I only wish my family's stay had been longer.

Perfect for a relaxing getaway

Wonderful property that was perfect for my husband and I to get away, unplug and relax. Everything that we needed was provided, and we loved just sitting on the porch and watching the wildlife. Excellent proximity to the Bethel Woods Arts Center - we attended a concert there and went to the Woodstock museum (highly recommend the Behind the Scenes tour!). We would absolutely stay here again when back in the area!

Charming stay

The cottage was charming and clean. Enjoyed the patio grill and the outdoor fireplace at night. Coffee with the morning sun capped off our relaxing stay. Thanks Vanessa!

The Cutest Cabin

We absolutely loved staying here! My family and I were only here for one night but wished we could have stayed for more. The house is small but has everything you need including so many games, books and puzzles to keep little ones busy. The hosts were very responsive and appreciative. If we are ever in the area again we wouldn’t hesitate to book.

Such a cute little cottage! Was clean and perfect for the 4 of us. Only thing that could improve would be a number listing on the house as we had a hard time finding it at first. Would love to come and visit again!

Clean & cozy!

Clean and cozy. Great respite from a long week. Comfy beds, clean/new appliances, great selection of movies. Market & walking trails near by. Highly recommend!

Overnight Stay for a Concert at Bethel Woods

This property was exactly as described. It was clean, stylish, and well-appointed. Vanessa even left us farm fresh eggs and a succulent as a "party favor." I highly suggest this property!

My daughter and her friend and I stayed here for 2 nights when we visited the area to attend a concert at the Bethel Woods Centre (Woodstock). It was a great and easy location - only about 20 minutes away. We found the cottage had everything (and more!) than we needed. We were so comfortable staying here, it was clean and well-kept. Great Cottage

Adorable cottage, very clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen including coffee, tea and even a dozen fresh eggs! Would definitely stay here again.

Family getaway

Fantastic!

The home is so cute, cozy and clean! We all felt very comfortable being there. They even provided toilet paper and linens/towels! (the last place we rented, didn't.) They even left some local eggs for us in the fridge. Delicious! The porch is very welcoming and the weather was great to be sitting outside when we weren't sightseeing. I highly recommend this place for a small group. We may rent it again sometime.
