Your Beachfront Escape: Steps to the Sand, Poolside Lounging & 2 Balconies
Lots of updates! New floors in bedrooms, recently remodeled bathrooms, new UHD 50-inch SMART TV in living room, and in 2025 new beds and furniture in 2nd bedroom, new dining table, new sofas and new washer and dryer!
This fun, 2-bedroom, 2 story townhome features stunning beach views and a queen bed in the master bedroom, new full-size bed with one trundle and separate twin bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.
The kitchen is small, but mighty. Kuerig & standard coffee maker, Ninja blender, range with full oven, microwave, toaster, air fryer, George Foreman grill, and dishwasher, makes eating-in a snap.
This is a low-density community, so no high-rise building here! Every window has beach views. Our unit overlooks the pool and is 83 steps to the sand - even if you have short legs!
Beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, wagon, coolers - pretty much everything you need for the perfect beach day is in the carport waiting for you. No need to drag all your gear with you, or rent expensive chairs and umbrellas! We've got you covered.
Parking is included for the first car and nominal fee for car #2. Both cars can park right under the unit!
We LOVE to pay it forward. You will find extra condiments in the fridge, food storage options, sunscreen, and other items in the kitchen and bathrooms that either we as owners have left or other guests have left to help make your stay that much better. If it is there, please use it. If you have extra that you cannot travel with or do not want to take home, please leave it and pay it forward. If you use the last of something, please replace it. If you break something, (like an umbrella, beach chair, games, boogie board, etc.) please let me know and then replace it so our next guests will have it available to them.

The hosts are amazing! They quickly answer every question or concern you have. They are very communicative! The beach is literally steps away from the pool which was a nice added bonus that we enjoyed! Lots of local restaurants close by! They also have a coffee shop/mini grocery store nearby. The price was great for a beach stay. Highly recommend! We will definitely rent again!

Loved the convenience to the beach just walked out onto the sand. Being only a couple of blocks from the business district with restaurants, gift shops, etc. we could walk to dinner or ice cream. A short drive gave us more options for shopping or groceries. The condo was well equipped. We appreciated the provided beach equipment (chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc.). Kim was a delight to deal with— very prompt and helpful. We definitely recommend this place!

We had a wonderful time! The host was amazing! The listing was spot on. We had a 1 minute walk to the beach from the condo. All the beach essentials are at the property, if you forget anything. It had everything you need for a great beach vacay stay! Highly recommend. Host is very kind and attentive. Will visit again!:)

This was one of the best properties I have stayed in! It literally had everything already there in the event u forgot something at home. We loved using the beach items provided! It is just as the listing says…Steps from the beach!!! Everything is within walking or driving distance. I wish I could give more stars for the experience & clear communication with the owner!

The townhouse was excellent for our annual Girls Getaway! The owners thought of everything with all of the extra amenities! Super clean, great view, plenty of space! Will definitely book again!

The host provided prompt and excellent communication. The property was in a wonderful location. It was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed.

Host was very nice, responded to questions quickly. Condo very clean, basically on the beach, could stand on balcony and see beach. Provided lots of items for the beach, chairs, towels (even had beach toys for kids and a wagon). Would stay here again!

The property is very spacious and has everything needed to accommodate a memorable beach vacation. Would highly recommend and is in a great location located off main roads and right on the beach with private access!

Great vacation spot!
Great place to stay with everything we needed. Very family-friendly complex and easy for our kids to go from beach to pool, etc. We would stay here again! Host was very easy to work with.

Great unit. Would recommend.
We really enjoyed our stay. Everything you could possibly need was available. The manager even checked in to make sure everything was going great with our stay. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

Gulf Shores is an AMAZING place from the beaches and sand to the super friendly people. I fell in love with it the first time I visited in 2012. Since then, I've been coming here at least once a year and finally convinced my husband to buy a beachside home for us to enjoy and share with others. I LOVE MY HOME! It is quaint and the location is phenomenal and perfect for my family. We have some updates that I'd like to do to really make it "my own" but those will come in due time. I hope you will love our place as much as we do and come back and visit us again.

The views from the balconies are amazing. I can sit there for hours and just gaze out at the gulf. It is so serene and just a wonderful place to decompress and get away from the hustle and bustle of life. Watching the dolphins (and some sharks) and pelicans is just so cool - especially if you normally live in a land-locked state!
We are working hard to make our place a true gem, so please be nice to it and treat it with respect and care.
