This beautiful home is conveniently located 275 feet from the Sugar Loaf Trailhead and some of the most well-known hiking/biking spots in all of Sedona. A few of the numerous nearby landmarks include Chimney Rock, Thunder Mountain, Coffee Pot Rock, and the Keyhole Cave. From here you can also enter the expansive Red Rock-Secret Mountain Wilderness. Our home has been lovingly outfitted and updated with convenience in mind and your experienced host will be available at all times. This gorgeous home is the perfect home base for your Sedona getaway! The split floor plan and numerous updates offer privacy and comfort for all. Inside our home you will find all new furniture, new Sealy mattresses in all bedrooms, a fully equipped remodeled kitchen, a cozy electric fireplace, two new 55 inch Smart TV's, and a full coffee station (drip, K-Cup, French press). To keep everyone entertained we have provided fast wifi, DIRECTV's Choice package, free Netflix, an NES Classic with over 2000 classic games, along with board games and puzzles. The private fenced backyard is perfect for relaxing with a hot tub and fire pit for those chilly nights. The covered front porch offers seating for six with amazing views of Chimney Rock and Thunder Mountain. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood in West Sedona. Centrally located West Sedona offers a large number of fantastic restaurants from pizza and diners to fine dining, wine bars, and steakhouses. There are several grocery stores in the direct vicinity for your convenience including the Sedona Whole Foods and several organic grocers. Sedona Airport/Airport Mesa and the Mary D. Fisher Theatre are just down the road while Uptown Sedona and the Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village are a convenient three miles away. License #008794

Great stay in Sedona

This is a beautiful home in a very quiet neighborhood. Please read the property description as it is exactly as advertised! The property comes complete with all that we needed for an enjoyable getaway in red rock country. The host thought of everything - even supplying bottled waters, great for taking along on hikes.As great as this property is, the best part is dealing with the host, Chris. We had an unexpected travel issue that delayed our arrival. We contacted Chris to make him aware. His act of kindness in response to our travel woes was greatly appreciated and will definitely be remembered. Thank you again Chris!We highly recommend this place, and hope to return again soon.

Unbelievable everything!!

From the second, we stepped into the home I was blown away. It was not only so beautiful, it was clean and very well appointed. We cooked there and that kitchen was amazing. We walked around the neighborhood. We loved the hot tub. We went hiking the following day and were just steps away from the trailhead. They even thought to have backpacks and other things we would need for our hike. I was seriously so impressed. The entire experience was beyond all of my expectations. Thank you so much. We’ve already talked to my sister-in-law and her husband to join us on another trip soon!

Winter getaway

We had a great time staying in West Sedona. This house is near the trailhead to fabulous hiking. We enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. We used the kitchen each night to prepare a meal. Perfect for our group of friends.

Holiday getaway

We LOVED our time in Sedona and at this property! Chris was incredibly responsive every time we communicated. We had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone looking for a great location! We did have a rental car and all the hikes and restaurants were easy to get to.

A Perfect Stay

Everything about this property is amazing: the location just steps away from great hikes, the clean and modern interior, the spacious living areas, full of amenities from an experienced host - and the hot tub!

Great Stay

Clean, comfortable, and convenient to trailhead. Host provided plenty of water for hiking which was much appreciated. Primary shower was difficult getting in and out, however, secondary bathroom had another shower. Would stay here again.

Great place to stay!

It was wonderful. Check in/out was super easy. The house was clean and well stocked with towels and extra sheets etc. They also provide backpacks and other items for hiking, such as water bottles and walking sticks. You really are just steps away from the trailhead and a short drive to other places as well. Nice quiet neighborhood. If we go back to Sedona (which we plan on because it’s so beautiful) we would definitely book with them again.

Better than expected

The pictures of this house do not do it justice. It is such a clean comfortable home. It has a very inviting backyard as well. The location was very convenient, there was even a trailhead in the neighborhood. The hosts thought of everything that you would need in your home away from home. We had a great experience.

AMAZING HOME

Girls trip to Sedona and the property was absolutely amazing! The home is beautifully decorated, stocked with everything you could ever want and more, AND is in the most perfect location! Walkable distance to hiking trail, short drive to shops and restaurants. Gorgeous back patio with hot tub too. LOVE!

Sedona family vacation

Property was the perfect location and size for our family of 4. Great neighborhood super close to hiking and only a short drive to downtown Sedona. Owner thought of everything, from hiking poles and packs, coolers, water shoes, and water for hiking. Would definitely recommend and stay again if our travels take us back to Sedona.

Good choice

I don't often leave reviews and when I do, I don't often give a 5-star review. In my opinion, that means perfect That said, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I am unable to find anything to complain about. The house is an older home very nicely furnished with new appliances and a new outdoor grill. You could look out of the living room window and see hot air ballons lifting above "Chimney Rock Mountain". The home is in a very quiet neighborhood off the main drag, but close to hiking or anything else you might want to do in the Sedona area. I guess my only complaint was that I took my wife (and granddaughter) to "uptown" Sedona and she had the credit card! Highly recommend this property for a peaceful stay in beautiful city.

Amazing

Property was convenient to trails. Kids used walking sticks. The home is nicely furnished and clean. We enjoyed having the grill for our salmon. There were NO negative signs posted any where. Chris was quick to respond to requests. We want to thank Chris for the Champaign and sparkling cider. It made our 58th anniversary and my 80th. Birthday very special. Thank you. Donna and Bill

Sedona 2024

The property was in a great location. Quite neighborhood mins from Sugarloaf Summit. The house was spotless and well stocked with extras such aa waters and hiking supplies. The hot tub was a great way to start and end the day. Easy check in and out. I would highly recommend staying here and if in Sedona again will stay here.

Perfect location!

Lovely home in ideal location. Only one minute walk to the Coconino National Forest Red Rock Trails. The owners thought of everything for fun and outdoor adventures (hiking equipment, trail, sightseeing and local maps/info, etc). The home was clean, bright and comfortable with many amenities. Will definitely be recommending to friends planning to visit beautiful Sedona, AZ.

Great house, great location!

Chris was a welcoming and responsive host. The house was bright, clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The kitchen and bedrooms were very thoughtfully stocked with everything that a guest could possibly need. We loved that the house is located so close to the Sugarloaf trailhead with access to hikes for Thunder Mountain, Coffee pot, Devils Kitchen, 7 Sacred Pools! Our favorite was Sugarloaf Mountain top which is less than a mile from the house and has the best views. No need to get passes and struggle with parking. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Sedona!

Excellent rental

This house was an excellent rental property. The location was perfect with access to amazing hiking trails. The house was very clean and well maintained. There was an entire closet dedicated to gear that might be useful on an outdoor adventure. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We had a small hiccup with the hot tub and the owner responded immediately and solved the problem. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

Fantastic House with all the Extras

This home is definitely one I will come back to. Everything was easy, clean, and prepared. Check-in was a breeze and the place was exactly as the pictures looked. Extra effort is taken to have everything ready for folks to stay. From the stocked coffee bar to the fresh towels and sheets, we were as comfortable as could be. I'll give extra points for high quality knives, pots and skillets, and a top brand grill. So many houses have old, warped skillets and dull knives. This made preparing meals a pleasant experience. It's a short walk to the trailhead and a 5 minute drive to anything you want to do in Northern Sedona. I highly recommend, whether with friends of family. I wouldn't hesitate to bring kids, either. Thank you!!
